Excavation for roadwork in soil with hydraulic excavator of 0.9 cum bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes, in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections, within all lifts and lead upto 30m.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed Material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate to wet mix macadam specification including premixing the Material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed Material by tipper to site, laying in uniform layers with paver in sub- base / base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density.

Providing and applying primer coat with SS2 grade bitumen emulsion on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70 to 1.00 kg/sqm using mechanical means.

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam with higher capacity batch type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 505 complete in all respects.

Providing and applying tack coat VG-10 using bitumen pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20 kg per sqm on the prepared bitumenous surface cleaned with mechanical broom.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with higher capacity batch type hot mix plant using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 507 complete in all respects

Construction of sub-grade and earthen shoulders with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts & leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacted to meet requirement of table No. 300-2

Construction of U-Type Drain- 300mmx450mm -Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

Providing and laying reinforced cement concrete M 20 grade in superstructure as per drawing and technical specifications clauses 800, 1205.4 and 1205.5

Supplying fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement in superstructure complete as per drawing and Technical Specifications clauses 1002, 1010 and 1202

Exetention of Hume pipe Culvert -Earthwork in excavation for structures as per drawing and technical specifications clause 305.1 including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal upto a lead of 50 m, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material.

Plain cement concrement 1:3:6 nominal mix in foundation with crushed aggregate 40 mm nominal size mechanically mixed,placed in foundation and compected by vibration including curing for 14 days.

First Class brick work in 1 : 3 cement and course sand in foundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work. As per SI no 305(b)

Ruled pointing in 1:3 cement and fine sand mortar on brick work including supply of all materials, labour and T and P etc Requuired for proper completion of work as per S.I No. 574.

Supply & laying of 350mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Supply & laying of 600mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Supply & laying of 900mm dia NP3 hume pipe including fixing of collar with 1:2 cement mortar.

Plaster 12 mm thick in 1:3 cement & coarse sand mortar for proper completion of work. SI No-583

Extension of RCC culvert 1.5m span and 3.00 m Span- Earth-work Excavation in trenches for foundations pipes, cable etc,(Loan clay or sand) including lift upto 1.5m lead upto 50m. And dressing of sides and ramming of bottom and disposal of surplus excavated earth as directed by the Engineer i/c within ahead of 30m.

Providing and laying Cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 fine sand : 6 graded brick aggregate 40 mm. nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour and T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work and curing complete, also including cost of formwork in foundation and floors. as per SI No. 281 Qty as per attached sheet

Class-150 brick work in 1:4Cement and Coarse sand of mortar infoundation and plinth including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants,etc ,required for proper completion of the work.

Class-150 brick work in 1;3 Cement and Coarse sand of mortar in Sub Structure including supply of all materials, labour and tools and plants,etc ,required for proper completion of the work.

R.C.C. M-20 work with cement approved coarse sand and 2 cm. (3/4") gauge approved stone ballast in the proportion of 1:1.5:3, in lintels of doors and windows excluding supply of reinforcement and its binding but including its fixing and binding the same with 24 B.W.G.G.I. binding wire and including necessary centering and shutteringe etc. and also including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Binding wire cost being included in the item.

Mild steel or iron in plan work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work(When not included in an overall rates). Wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completionof the work and including supply of steel its wastage bend hooks and authorised ovelapping shall be measured upto floor two level.

Supplying and laying one layer of tar felt or any other equivalent approved material at the junction of wall and roof of any place an roof as per direction of E/I including necessaryoverlap, giving a coat of approved mastic paint belowthe Tar felt and including supply of all materials , labour and tools and plants etc.Required for propercompletion of work fix as per standard.

Supply and fixing of 10cm internal Dia Ac Down pipes required for proper completion of work in weep holes.

Plain cement concrete. 1:3:6 mix with crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal size mechanically mixed placed in foundation and compacted vibration i/c curing 14 days. SI No-280 Qty as per attached sheet

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 2nd year maintenance cost @ 0.25% as per circular No-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/23-24 Dt 17.02.2024

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 3rd year maintenance cost @ 0.50% as per circular No-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/23-24 Dt 17.02.2024

The routine maintenance of above road work including embankment,patri,pavement, road sides and cross drains, hume pipe culvert etc to the required standards and in the manner as defined in CB Condition and keep the entire road surface and structure in Defect free condition during the entire maintenance period which begins from the actual Completion Date and ends after five years.(including cost of material T&P labour but excluding GST) for 4th year maintenance cost @ 0.75% as per circular No-3689 C-OPRMC/Mool/23-24 Dt 17.02.2024
