Dismantling of Asbestos cement (corrugated, semi - corrugated, etc. ) sheets in roof coverings.

S&F painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, and semi circular sheet, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed at site.

S&F pre painted galvalume aluminium zinc coating steel based plain steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having rensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof/ covering/ cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed at site.

S & F steel work in rectangular/square hollow section pipe as in rafter/purlins and any other situation including special shaped washer etc complete using EWR or inducton butt welded tubes conforming to IS 4923 or IS-1161 grade St-240 complete.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 (using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) as in hold fasts including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Preaparation surfaces of wood and wood based materials and treated with tar to backs of chowkhats etc. area tarred exc 0.10 sqm but not exceeding 0.50 sqm each complete all as specified.

M&L preparing surfaces of wood and wood based materials , steel and iron work , new or old , of any description and girth, not otherwise described , and treating small articles such as stop, covers, gully gratings, holdfasts, ends of posts, backs of chowkhats, etc.'area tarred n exc 0.1 sq.m each with tar or coal tar black paint all as specified.

S & F 2 nd class hard wood 30 mm thick Glazed and skeleton shutters, open rebated and prepared to receive glass , gauze, etc, (with sash bar) edges divided into squares, with plain chamfered or rounded , mitred and rebated sash bars of any numbers ,beads, for securing glass etc, sizes of members of shutters as specified in SSR Part-I, section 8, clause 8.24 (a) fitted to chowkats complete all as specified and directed. M & L Preparation of Old wood painted surfaces of any description , not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or grith apply one coat of synthetic enemel paint (ordinary tint) complete all as specifed and directed.

S & F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia wire & average width of aperature 1.40 mm fixed with stainless steel wire staples in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 3mm thick sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n. exc. 0.5 Sqm in each pane.

M&L for plastering in cement mortar (1:6), 15 mm thick on brick /surfaces of other than fair face even and smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick/concrete surface top layer finished even and fair without using extra cement with water proofing compound Note:- (WPC will be measured and paid separately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound.

M&L for preparing new plastered or unplastered surfaces of wall and applying two coat of cement base paint on wall complete as specified and directed.

M&L for three coats of white wash on newly plastered surfaces of wall including preparations complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for reparing of RCC projection, chajjas, roofs, facia, colum etc by necessary preparation i.e scrapping ,cutting, chiseling, derusting and cleaning exposed reinforecement, surfaces of damaged, loose RCC surfaces and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling the surfaces with cement concrete (1: 1-1/2: 3) using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and reinforeced with welded mesh of weight exc 2Kg per sqm but n.exc 3Kg/sqm with or without facia and finished exc 5sqm each and thickness of RCC using coarse sand in patches area not each and thickness of RCC member n.exc 70mm at any height complete all as specified. Note : - Cost of formwork and welded mesh shall be deemed to be included.

S & F Framed brackets of angles or tees with web and flanges cut to shape, drilled and countersunk for screw, including bending and welding angles, as necessary, gusset plates, riveting, etc.. n exc 10 kg each brackets, conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 (Brackets over 10 kg each to be measured under 'Structural Steel')

M & L for RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in lintel upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, bands coping anf similer works.

Mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia., and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia., or securing with clips.

Description same all as per item No 34.00 here in before but 6mm to 8mm dia.

M & L for preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm in width or girth and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down in cement or cement lime plaster any description, on brick or stone wall ect including raking out joints hacking for key,scrubing down with water ect at any height etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for 12 mm thick rendering on brick work or concrete surfaces of internal wall in cement mortar 1:6 surface complete all as specified and directed.

Formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or slopping and similar work exceeding 10cm but n. exc.20 cm wide Fair finished surfaces of concrete.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces and applying 3mm thick of Birla White wall care putty on surfaces of wall as per manufacture's instruction all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer on prepared wall putty surface of internal wall all as specified and as directed.

M&L preparing of newly plastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc by washing, rubbing down and stoping and applying two coats of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M&L preparing of old plastered surfaces of walls, cornices etc by washing, rubbing down and stoping and applying one coat of cement base paint complete all as specified.

M & L for unreinforced PCC Cable protection cover , Class LV ,Type1 flat ,size 250x150x40mm as cable protection laid flat width wise complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying or fixing, jointing and testing LT under ground electric power cable of size 16 sqmm, 2 core. Crossed linked polyethylene (XLPE Cable ) insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, ISI -7098 Marked. With aluminium conductor multi stranded , heavy duty 1100 Volts grade of following sizes and core , complete all as specified laid in tenches / laid under floor or fixed with walls/ on poles/ in ducts/ in GI pipes etc including taking down existing complete all as directed at site.
