Earthwork excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stoney earth and earth mixed with small size boulders and to full depth as may be directed,except in hard rock,requiring blasting including shoring and shuttering and bailing out of water wherever necessary,refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth or sand in layer of not more than 15cm thick.well rammed and consolidated and depositing on bank with initial lead and lift of 10m & initial lift of 2m and depositing the surplusr earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with iniital lead and lifts,clearing and levelling the site etc., complete as per SS20B and as directed by departmental Engineers(TNBP No.17,23,24).

Supply and delivery the following PVC / GI pipes and specials including cost and conveyance of materials to site etc complete.

Refilling the excavated earth to the pipe laying trenches complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing of Mild steel MS L Angel including cost and conveyance charges to site fixing in its position and all labour charges etc complete.

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type submersible pump conforming to IS8034/2002 and as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted LPMagainst head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaftand dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pumpbowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continuos rated two polesuitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor suitable for operation in AC single phase230 V+/- 10 %,50 HZ +/-5 %

Supply and delivery of 15LPM X 90M Head submersible pump set panel board necessary accessories ISI make including cost and conveyance charges to site and etc., complete.

Supplying and delivery of 2.5Sq.mm of PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core flat type copper cable confirming to IS694/ 1990 etc complete as per standard specification.

Labour charges for the erection of submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable withproper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.SL.NO 17C-2

Conducting Geophysical Investigation Charges

Drilling of Borewells anywhere in Tamilnadu including transportation from one place to another with in Tamilnadu in alluvial soil sedimentary strata of clay and sand stone shale pebbles boulders etc. By first taking a pilot bore of 140 mm/150mm dia and then enlarging to required dia direct or reverse rotary mud circulation method using rotary rigs fuel, labour and drilling bentonite and water required for drilling at site. Site will be shown by the TWAD Board officers including construction of mud pit.

Drilling of 140/150 mm pilot bore Upto 60 mt. Depth ending below ground level

Reaming 140/150 mm dia pilot bore to 300mm dia bore as directed by the TWAD Board Officer.

Upto 60 mt depth ending below ground level

Supply of the following casing pipes of ISI approved quality with wall thickness not less than 7.5mm to 8.5mm with PVC couplers and cement Paste etc. Complete and including packing the annular space with pebbles quality and size of pebbles and the PVC pipe should be approved by the departmental officer.
