Earth work excavation and depositing on bank with in initial lead of 10 m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth,earth mixed with small sized boulders and hard gravelly soil as per SS 20B

Cement concrete 1:4:8mix using 40mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Cement concrete 1:2:4 mix using 20mm ISS metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all labour charges for mixing,laying and curing etc complete for 10 cum.

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffiots including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25 x 25 x 3mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists(Country wood) of size 10 x 6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10 - 13cm dia. spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10m2.for the following items.(RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/ square, Tee/ Ell beams, Lintels, staircase waist slabs, Landing slabs, Landing beam, Portico beam etc., ).

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification.

Reinforcement Cement concrete 1: 1.5 : 3 mix using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls , sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1:3, 12mm thick. and with kraft paper without claiming extra as directed by the departmental officers complete complying with standard specifications.

Filling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Emulsion Painting two coats with approved Paint over one coat of Primaring coat of Cement Paint over new cement plastered wall surface, ceiling and other new surface including cleaning, preparing the surface, curing, scaffolding charges etc.,

Fabrication, supply. Delivery and fixing of out side MS ladder wide 45cm made out of 50x50x6mm MS angle for sides and steps in 16mm MS plain rods fixed at 30cm centre to centre welded, jointed etc., providing with suitable side supports, clamps, and locking arrangements provided with one coast of red oxide paint to for providing access to roof top of 10.000 lit. Providing and fixing of RCC inner access ladder in RCC 1:1. 5:3 (One cement, one and half sand and three aggregates) using 20mm HBG tone for OHT including cost of reinforcement, placing grill in position,centering shuttering charges, mixing concrete curing etc., to required height and cvlear width of 45cm consisting of two Nos. of vertical post of 10cm x 15cm and step slab of 25mm x 25mm etc., complete

Provision for pipe connection arrangements for inlet, outlet, scour and overflow etc., including cost of pipes, specials, valve, labour charge for lifting, aligning, cutting, threading, fixing of GI pipesetc. complete
