Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr in depth for taking out/laying of underground cables/erection of poles including getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.1 above but in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.2 above but for depth exec 1.5mt but nexec 3mt complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing insulators of any type and capacity complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling the existing cross arms of MS channel or angle sections of any size and in any position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing broken/worn out GI wire of guarding/ earth continuity cradles etc complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, and well ramming, in layers not exceeding 25 cm each layer of any type of soil complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs from starting point and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling old and unserviceable wood/ cement concrete/iron pole from existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling stay assembly complete incl the supporting PCC etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down heavy duty PVC unserviceable line separator from existing position complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for taking out old/unserviceable insulators bindings and jumperings and tightening/restretching of the sagged ACSR Conductors/ GI earth continuous wire on pole including resecuring of insulators bindings and jumpering by using new aluminium binding wires complete all as specified and directed. Note: Each RM of ACSR Conductor/GI wire will be measured as unit length & all T&P involved shall deemed be included in the quoted rates .

S&F Pin type porcelien, viterious white, blown or green insulator including one galvenised iron washer and iron nut of 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Shackle type porcelien, viterious white, blown or green insulator for working pressure including one galvenised iron washer and iron nut of 115 mm height,100 mm dia including galvenised MS strip of 31x5 mm including 14 mm dia bolt nut and washers for 1100 Volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair heavy duty PVC line separators for 4 conductors suitable for LT 1100 Volt grade for ACSR conductor of size required at site complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No.15 Above but for two ACSR conductors complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Steel tubular swaged pole 9mtr long complete with MS base plate 6mm thick of size 300x300mm finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screw all as per IS 2713 part-II 1980 made out of HRW MS tubing 410 SP 31 including prepration and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of redoxide primer for exposed surface and two coats of bituminous paint for embedded portion complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles stays or similar works complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for coping of poles etc. including fair finishing of the exposed surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement including form work if required complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully aluminium conductor of any size from LT Overhead line, after unbinding from insulators for replacement of multijointed conductor or loose conductors complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ACSR conductor squirrel to dog/weasal/mink (6/1/2.11 to 6/1/4.72) any size drawn straight horizontal on over head lines on existing poles including binding with insulators. Weight of conductor shall be measured straight horizontal distance between centre of two adjacent poles and calculating weight of conductor of size and length by adding 3% extra for sag ,jointing jumpers,etc complete all as specified and directed

M&L for Cross arm of MS channel or angle section of required size and shape and holding clamps , including flat iron clamps nut bolt, welding, bending , drilling holes etc and including one coat of alluminium paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old steel surfaces by removing paint by hand scraper cleaning with mineral turpentine wiping the surface dry and painting a coat of aluminium red oxide and applying one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint with and including numbering of pole of size 7.5 cm with block synthetic enamel paint and marking of alternate strip of black and white white colour up to a height of 1.5 mtr complete for 09/11 mtr tubular pole including cross arms bracket, clamps etc. complete all as specified and directed.

S&F stay assembly complete using stay rod of 20 mm dia 180 cm long,stay wire of GI 7/4 mm stranded ,stay bow, stay clamp complete with accessories complete as shown in electrical plate No 01 of MES SSR Part-I (loop type insulator, excavation and PCC shall be measured and paid separately ).

S&F GI stay strand of size, 7/3.15mm for stay assembly complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Loop insulator vitreous, porcelain white, brown or green small size with over all dimension 65 x 90mm having clearance of hole 16mm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of four pole structure Painting of four pole structure cement pole with cement based paint and channels with synthetic enamel silver paint over a coat of red oxide primer incl all brackets, channels and clamps etc complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 27 but for 2 pole structure complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in replacement triple pole, mechanically operated gang operated air break switch mounted on insulator (Two post insulator for each phase) and steel frame complete with operation mechanism worked from ground level with heavy tinned nonferrous metal spring loaded copper contact silver/tin plated at contact points with locking arrangement for current rating upto 200 amps suitable for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed. Make : Oblum/Pactil/Rastriya

Labour only and T&P for dismantling 11 KV GO/DO air break switch assembly, scrubbing rust from all MS parts and re-fixing in same position after replacement of defective worn out spares (Spares required for replacement shall be measured and paid separately), lubricating all moving linkages, setting on HT 4 pole/2 pole structure to ensure correct operation complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for balancing load in all out going feeders of a transformer by segregating and distributing service connections in all the three phases on LT overhead line uniformly including checking rectfying & testing the LT OH line / UG cables/two core cables suspended from insulating hangers for any kind of leakage/short circuiting complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for plate earthing complete with galvanized mild steel plate electrode 60 cm x 60cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground vertically earth pit not less than 2.25 m below normal ground level) with top as of earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level the earth electrodes surrounded by adequate quantity of charcoal dust and salt to adjustable packed thickness of 15 cm on all sides and including GI earth wire 4.00 mm bolted with GI nuts bolts and cheek nuts) electrode providing watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe medium grade from bottom earth to top of electrode and 15 mm dia GI pipe for earth wire protection complete with earth pit in PCC 1:2:4 B-O using 12 mm graded crushed stone aggregate and C.I. cover complete will specified and shown in Electrical plate 5 SSR part-1. The scope of work also include necessary excavation and earth work.

M&L for compression/crimping sleeves joints for jointing conductors/jumpers connections incl treatment with conducting jelly upto 10 mm dia of conductor wire overall complete all as specified & directed.

S&F cradles, hexagonal/rectangular/fabricated with galvanized steel wire 4 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

S&F GI earth wire for earth continuity of size 4 mm dia complete all as specified & directed.

S&F GI Pipe of bore 50 mm light grade with all fittings fixed to walls/ ceilings/Pole and laid under floors for cable protection including taking down old GI tubing complete all as specified and as directed

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable ON load changeover switch of any size & capacity with ON load changeover switch 4 pole 400 Amps, 415 AC with advanced neutral confirming to IS :13947 (Part-3); IEC:60947-3 including minor additional/alternation as required at site for fixing and connecting up of changeover complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells Cat No : IHCNFO 0400 or equivalent make of ABB/L&T

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable ON load changeover switch any size & capacity with ON load changeover switch 4 pole 630 Amps, 415 AC with advanced neutral confirming to IS :13947 (Part-3); IEC:60947-3 including minor additional/alternation as required at site for fixing and connecting up of changeover complete all as specified and as directed. Make : Havells Cat No : IHCNFO 063 or equivalent make of ABB/L&T

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size/capacity with MCCB 4 pole 160 Amps 25 KA with Thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc. complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Legrand/L&T/ Schnider.

S&F in replacement of existing unserviceable MCCB any size/capacity with MCCB 4 pole 250 Amps 35 KA Thermal magnetic setting type incl providing suitable thimbles/extended terminal with nuts,bolts and washers etc.complete all as specified and as directed. Make: Legrand/L&T/ Schnider.

Dedcuct Credit for Demolished/Dismantled material Rs (-) 22655.00 (Minus) as listed in Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule) Note : Tenderers will not quote against this item being a tentative amount, to be considered to arrive at the 'Contract Sum'.
