SITC of Grid interactive Solar Photovoltaic Power Plant of required capacity having specifications as per A, B, C, D, E, F and G
Solar Photovoltaic module: MNRE approved and ALMM listed, SPV module of capacity 580 Wp or above, Anodized Aluminium Alloy Framed Topcon N- type Bifacial, manufactured in India, conforming to IS 14286/IEC 61215, IS/IEC 61730-Part-1, IS/IEC 61730-Part-2. , 2 mm Low Iron ARC semi-tempered glass, IP-68 PPL Junction box, 4.0 sq.mm cable with MC4 solar connector, conversion efficiency shall not be less than 21.0 % on STC, performance warranty for their output peak watt capacity > 90 % at the end of 10 years and > 80% at the end of 25 years.
Inverter / PCU : MPPT integrated, IGBT/MOSFET based and microprocessor/ DSP controlled Power Conditioning Unit (PCU) of AC nominal power output rating equal or greater than the required KWp of the module in IP-65 Enclosure, of 250-1500 V DC Input voltage range and 400 V AC, TPN, 50Hz +/- 2.5 Hz, Efficiency > 97%, THD < 3%, Overloading capacity > / = 10%, remote monitoring facility and PCU shall adjust the voltage and frequency level to suit the Grid Voltage Frequency.
Module mounting structure : MMS Steel shall be as per latest IS 2062:2011 and galvanization of the mounting structure shall be in compliance of latest IS 4759, All bolts, nuts, fasteners shall be hot dip galvanized, MMS shall be designed and installed to withstand the speed for the wind zone of the location with factor of safety >1.5, STAAD report of structure to be submitted
Array Junction Box / DCDB : IP 65 AJB / Enclosure mounted on MMS with Polyamide glands and MC4 Connectors and cable ferrules for identification. DC fuses with SPD type-II/MOV type surge arrester to be provided.
ACDB : IP 65 ACDB / Enclosure mounted on MMS with Polyamide glands and MC4 Connectors and cable ferrules for identification. MCB/MCCB with SPD type-II/MOV type surge arrester to be provided.
Earthing and Lightning protection: The entire space occupying the SPV array shall be suitably protected against Lightning by deploying required number of Lightning Arrestors (LAs). as per NFC17-102:2011/IEC 62305 standard and three no. of Earthing with suitable size earth conductor
Solar meter and Cable : Laying of array cables to PCU/ DCDB unit along with supplying & fixing of necessary GI raceways/MS conduit lugs and suitable size aluminium armoured cable from ACDB to Electrical panel (up to 50 Mtr.) Discom approved solar meter (Direct or CT operated) with suitable size IP65 enclosure or MIP Box with CT
Modules deployed must use a RF identification tag. The following information must be mentioned in the RFID used on each modules. This should be inside the laminate only.
Name of the manufacture of the PV module
Name of the manufacture of Solar Cells.
Month & year of the manufacture (separate for solar cells and modules)
Country of origin (separately for solar cells and module)
I-V curve for the module Wattage, Im, Vm and FF for the module
Unique Serial No and Model No of the module
Date and year of obtaining IEC PV module qualification certificate.
Name of the test lab issuing IEC certificate.
Other relevant information on traceability of solar cells and module as per ISO 9001 & ISO 14001
