Repairing and rewinding of 15 HP Submersible dewatering pump and their technical specification are :- MOTOR (DOL-START/STAR DELTA OPTIONAL) : 2-pole induction continuous rated motor with squirrel cage rotor. starter insulation class 'H' (180oC) , Speed : 2850 RPM, power Rating : 11.8 Kw , Current FLA : 24 Amps. at 415 V , Max. temperature of the pump liquid : 40oC , Max. start/stop per hour : 15 , Bi-Metallic thermal switches are embedded in the stator windings which trip the motor in the event of excessive high temperature. POWER SUPPLY 415V, 3- Phase, 50Hz AC Supply including dismantling and reassembling the motor pump set and minor lath work to match the spare parts :- Mechanical seal upper & lower - 2 nos., Impeller- 1 No., Diffuser centre- 1 no., Cable gland assembly - 1 no., Ball Bearing- 2 nos. etc. welding, turning, grinding the rotter shaft including key way and cartage from site to workshop and back at site etc. complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Repair and rewinding of clear water mono submersible set 3-HP, including and relacement of following parts :- Bearing bush - 4 nos., SS sleeve grinding polishing - 1 no., water seal 2 nos., Axial thrust bearing plate - 1 no., Noryl Impeller diffuser set - 10 nos., coupling - 1 no., welding, turning, grinding the rotter shaft including key way and cartage from site to workshop and back at site etc. complete in all respect as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Lifting and taking out upto 15 HP clear water submersible pump set from existing under ground tank/ tube well etc. with the help of chain pulley and tripod stand including disconnection of suction and delivery pipe line and and electric connection etc. as required as per direction and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Installation/ lowering of clear water submersible pump set upto 15 HP pump set capacity in the existing under ground water tank/ tube well with the help of chain pulley tripod stand including connection of delivery pipeline, electric cable of outing and incoming cable testing etc. complete in all respect as per direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-chage.

Repairing of Control panel board suitable to operate upto 20 HP, 3 phase, 440 Volts, AC supply 50 Hz electric submersible panel including load relay 17.4-24 Amp, Contractor - 3 nos. Timer - 1 no., Indicator lamp -5 nos. and panel wiring complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing C.I. body SG iron/ SS 304/ 316 disc nitrile sealted butterfly valve lever operated/ gear operated complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. : 100 mm diameter complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Cast Carbon Steel Wafer type check valve with M.S. Flap & S.S. Spring heavy duty with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. : 100 mm diameter complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing Gun metal gate valve of Class- 1, screwed in Bonnet, inside screw, non-rising stem complete with bolts, nuts, rubber insertions etc. : 80 mm diameter complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing moulded case circuit breaker (Three Pole Series) DM 100 min 80-100 Hz of thermal release range 10 KA breaking capacity at 415V-50 Hz (Cat No. SL979870000) as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 4.0 mm, 3 core PVC insulated copper wire complete as per the direction and entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.
