SUPPLY OF HEPA AIR FILTER INCLUDING INSTALLATION AND ASSEMBLY WITH TWO-STAGE FILTRATION AT HBL PLANT LAURIYA

Supply of High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter including installation as per the technical specification are mentioned below and attached tender document:

Name : High Efficiency Particulate Air (HEPA) Filter Unit Type: Two-stage Air Filtration System Stage 1: 5-micron Micro Filter for primary particulate filtration Stage 2: 0.3-micron HEPA Filter for fine particle and microbial filtration Usage : The unit shall be modular, robust, and suitable for continuous industrial operation. Filtration Performance: The system shall ensure effective removal of dust, particulates, and airborne contaminants. HEPA filter shall comply with relevant standards such as EN 1822 / ISO 29463 / ASHRAE 52.2 or equivalent. Installation Work: Complete installation, mounting, and commissioning of the filter unit at site with all necessary support structure, gaskets, sealants, fasteners, and ducting modifications (if required) shall be in vendor's scope. The vendor shall ensure leak-proof and vibration-free installation. Testing & Validation: On-site performance testing post-installation to validate airflow and filtration efficiency. Vendor shall provide test certificates and installation report. Documentation : Supply of O&M Manual, warranty certificate, and compliance certificates, Installation drawings, filter replacement instructions, and preventive maintenance schedule. Others: All items shall conform to the technical specifications and job description as mentioned in Annexure-I. Warranty: Minimum 12 months from the date of commissioning or 18 months from supply, whichever is earlier. The vendor shall ensure safe handling, transportation, and delivery of all components to site.
