Hot finished welded type tubes.

Structural steel work riveted, bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer−in−charge) 0.50 mm (+ 0.05 %) total coated thickness with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5−7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15−18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineerin− charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling ƒself tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontalƒ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting graded stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075 mm ) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in for all leads & lifts, laying in uniform layers with mechanical paverfinisher in sub− base ƒ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achievethe desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer in−Charge.

Construction of granular sub−base by providing close graded Material conforming to specifications, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site, for all leads & lifts, spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per specifications and directions of Engineer−in− Charge. With material conforming to Grade−I (size range 75 mm to 0.075 mm) having CBR Value− 30

Demolishing cement concrete manuallyƒ by mechanical means including disposal of material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer − in − charge. Nominal concrete 1:3:6 or richer mix (iƒc equivalent design mix)

Finishing with Epoxy paint (two or more coats) at all locations prepared and applied as per manufacturer's specifications including appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete On steel work

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade Old work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltrƒ 10 sqm) on existing cement paint surface

Earthwork in excavation for foundation of structures upto 3 m depth as per drawing and technical specification Clause 1104 includding setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved material.

All the required materials like MS BOARD , SCRAP REINFORCEMENT, STEEL, ANGLE for fabrication of Board will be under contractors scope. Angle size for post as per direction of Engineer in charge.

Manufacturing, supply and fixing retro reflective signboards of High Intensity (micro) Prismatic Grade Sheeting of sizes 1 ft *0.6 ft to 8 ft * 4 ft made up of 2 mm thick corrosion resistant aluminum alloy sheet, face to be fully covered with high intensity and encapsulated lens type retro reflective sheeting including high intensity grade lettering, bordering etc. conforming to type IIIƒIV of ASTM D−4956−01 (3M or Avery Dennison make only)and fixed on MS angle of size 25*25*4 mm by means of suitable non−corrosive rivets or nut−bolts all along the periphery and supported on MS angle post 5mm*75mm*6MM, 2 nos. firmly fixed to the ground by means of properly designed foundation with M 15 grade cement concrete 45cm * 45cm *60 cm, 60 cm below ground level at various locations as decided by engineer in charge. The job includes primer coating, painting with two or more coats of epoxy paint on the back side of aluminum sheet and on steel works including uniform rounding of the corners, transportation, fixing and erecting the same in position all complete as per drawings, specification and direction of the Einginneer−in−Charge. MS angles used must conform to IS 2062 Gr A. All the Steel work must be TataƒSailƒor any other reputed brand. Engineer−in−Charge may opt to hang some of the signboards in some locations and all the required fixing provision is to be made with suitable non−corrosive items with permanent in nature.The required paint and other accessories for installation of the signboards is to be provided by the contractor.
