Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid Electrical License for executing building electrificatio works and should have executed similar electrical works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Tenderer or his identified Sub Contractor should possess valid license for executing water supply / sanitary engineering works and should have executed similar works totallng Rs. xxxxxx (not less than 50% of electrical works) n any one year

Total value of civl engineering works executed and payments received in the last five years (year-wise)

Each tenderer in his name should have satisfactorily completed (at least 90% of the contract value),as prime contractor,at leat one similar work such as O&M of MVS work of value not less than Rs.51.32 Lakhs (usually not less than 50% estimated value of contract Executed in any one year O&M of MVS scheme of last five years) . Work done and successful completion certificate shall be submitted which sought to be issued by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer

To qualify for award of this contract, each tenderer in his name should have in the last two years achieve a minimum financial turnover not less than the estimated O & M cost,in all classes of civil engineering construction works only ie.205.26 Lakhs

The bidder must submit unconditional Line of Credit in the prescribed format an amount equal to 30 of the Oand M cost issued by Nationalized Scheduled Bank, for the particular work i.e. Rs.30.79 Lakhs

GST registration certificate, PAN Card , IT Returns/Filed copies and All Certificates/Declarations should be uploaded as per the clause 10 of Bid Document

The contractor should provide daily these staff members on site.(1)Pump operators-8 Nos (2) Helpers 13 Nos (3) Valve mans-2 Nos 4) Helper cum Watchmen-5 No ( 5) Electrician/Mechanic- 1 No (6) Diploma Engineer -1 Nos Total -30 Nos

Qualification and experience of the key technical and management personnel in permanent employment with the tenderer and those that are proposed to be deployed on this contract, if awarded

Mandating satisfactory Completion of any Water supply Scheme with a capacity of minimum 8.54 MLD Raw Water as prime contractor executed in any one year of last five years.(The work done certificate shall be issued by Government not below the rank of Executive Engineer)

The Tenderer should have registered as Class-III and above Contractor with PWD or PRED mandatorily (certificate to be submitted)

Tenderer who meets the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available Tender capacity is more than the total Tender value. The available Tender capacity will be calculated as underAssessed available Tender capacity (AxNx1.5 - B)
