Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) over areas in any type of soil (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 Sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m, complete all as specified and as directed

Surface excavation to required camber and gradient not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm and geeting out in any type of soil complete all as specified and as directed

Add or deduct from srl No 3 above for every 3 cm or part there of above or below 15 cm average depth in any type of soil

Rolling and consolidation formation surface in cutting using Power rollar exc 8 tonne and n exc 12 tonne complete all as specified and as directed.

Hard core of gauge not exc. 63mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exc 15cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface using broken stone or boulders complete all as specified and as directed

Removing excavated material exceeding 250m and not exceeding 500m and deposting where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5m above the starting point (Soils) complete all as specified and as directed.

100 mm thick DLC (Dry Lean Concrete) grade 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in roads having 10Mpa(min) compressive strength in field complete all as specified and as directed

150 mm thick (Spread thickness) soling (or sub base) with broken boulders or quarried stones of size range 100 mm to 50 mm deposited spread levelled in one layer interstics filled surface formed and rolled and consolidated to required gradient and camber with 8 to 12 tonne power roller complete all as specified and as directed

150 cm thick (compacted thickness) water bound macadam (WBM) in two layers with coarse aggregate (lime stone, flint or quartzite ) of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) spread, rolled and conolidated to required gradient with 8 to 12 tones power roller gradient and camber complete all as specified and as directed

Preparing water bound macadam surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bages to remove all loose dirt etc. all as specified and as directed.

Applying evently a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 Sqm complete all as specified and as directed.

Bituminous asphaltic semi dense concrete consolidated thickness 40 mm with stone chippings graded aggregates with 5.5% of binder content by weight of total mix (viscosity grade paving bitumen of grade VG-30) and 4% stone dust conforming to required specification for filler as per IRC-95 1937 (filler) by weight of mix, prepared in hot mix plant, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient to uniform smooth surfaces by mechinical paver and rolled with 8 to 12 tone power roller complete all as specified and as directed.

Premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consoildated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen binder of grade VG-30 @ and minimum binder content of 5.5% by weight ot total mix complete all as specified and as directed.

Note for item No. 12 to 14: If qty of binder contents is less than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ, it shall be adjusted at supply only rates of paving bitumen @ Rs 50.00 Per Kg and if qty of binder contents is more than the qty as specified in respective items of BOQ no adjustment shall be made.

Marking lines 2.5mm thick , dashes arrows etc of any description not exc 10 cm width/girth on road surface using hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint mixed with raidum glass beads @ 250 gms/Sqm with automatic machine to provide reflectivity and night vision (approximate temperature being 200 celsius at the time of laying) including cleaning the surface by removing all dirt, dust & all other foreign matters, demarcation at site and traffic control, complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming 12mm thick Expansion joints filled with pre-formed bituminous filler and top 30mm primed and sealed with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 200mm thickness of slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Contraction (Dummy) joints 65mm deep x 10mm wide, filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 150mm thickness of slab complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming Construction joint 30mm deep x 10mm wide filled with sealing compound, Grade ‘A’ for 150mm thickness of slab complete all as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in fdn filling and mass concrete complete as specified and as directed.

PCC 1:2:4, nominal mix, type B-1, using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, coping, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, complete all as specified and as directed

Forming embankments by borrowing the earth from a distance exc 250m but not exc 500m, from outside of MOD land at contractor's coast deposited the earrth at a level 1.5m high from base, including raising (or lowering) earth, spreading in layers not exc 30 cm thick; watering ramming/rolling and finishing to required size, shape etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete work in pavement hard standing of flexural strength 40 kg/ per Square centimeter in field using 400 kg (Min) of cement per cubic meter, thickness of concrete 25cm or less complete all as specified and as directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonary, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:4, uncoursed, complete all as specified and as directed.

Hand packing (any thickness) boulders at back of retaining walls to the required level complete all as specified and as directed

PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm fixed to retaining walls as weep -hole complete all as specified and as directed.

Raised pointing to random or polygonal rubble, stone masonry uncoursed or brought upto courses in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed

Applying three coats of white washing on newly plastered or unplastered surface of stone masonary wall including preparation of surface complete all as specified and as directed

Continuous Brick edging with burnt clay old size bricks of sub class B with width equal to width of brick, laid dry on end vertically complete as specified and as directed.

Solar cat eye aluminum alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125 mm x 125 mm x 25mm (shank 65mm) of high effciency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4V / 0.3 watt one Nl-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/ 1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd complete as per manufacture instruction etc. complete as specified and as directed.
