Removing the burst 700 R.C.C. pipes from the pipe line and removal of slushy soil and baling out water and replacing the pipe line with sound pipe including jointing and cost of refilling the pipe line with water for retesting the pipe line etc., complete. (excluding cost of sound pipe and jointing materials and earth work) and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers NOTE :1. For depth between 2.5m above 15% percentage allowed over basic rate NOTE :2. Shoring and shuttering the sides of trenches when depth of excavation 2m in loose soil including cost of labour charges for instalation and removal of planks & sectioning etc, DEPTH 4.5M

Lowering of C.I Pipes and specials in the trenches and laying to proper grade and alignment and as directed by the TWAD Officers. 700mm 2.05m depth (91.81+20%)

Jointing the C.I/ D.I-S/S pipes and specials with neat cement or cement mortar and spun yarn including caulking the joints, curing. (including cost of jointing materials). 2.05m depth 700mm (1065.53+20%)

Refilling the trenches with suitable excavated earth available along the allignment after the pipes &specials are laid joimted &tested in layers &watering ramming &consolidation directed by the engineer in charge

Dewatering the trenches during excavation and layhing jointing of sewers by engaging diesel pumpset up to 10H.P & fuel ,crew,hire chatges transportation and all oyher items of work complete as per standard specifications and as directed by engineer

Barricading work ( Where , there is less traffic areas and brother roads etc.) for laying of pipe line using casurina poles at 1.50 m center to center ( 8cm to 10cm dia and 1.80 m height) Vertical with horizontal poles in three rows including painting the vertical poles in the road facing sides with ready mix paint, tying the vertical and horizontal poles with coir rope including fixing charges and fixing 75mm dia reflectors including earth work excavation for fixing vetical posts and finally removing and stacking the materials safely for further use etc., complete and as directed by

Lighting arrangements (maintenance works) with genset Hire charges for portable genset1.00 KVA with 2 nos of 150W flood light including all incidental charges, transporation, crew charges and fuel charges etc., complete.
