Opening the electric induction motor of following capacity and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots, rewinding the motor with super enamalled copper winding wire of existing size/gauge with and including all other insulating material complete all as specified and as directed:-

10-25 HP capacity

30-40 HP capacity

50-75 HP capacity

Notes :- (a) Serviceability of induction motor after repair shall be got tested by EIC before installation and refixing at site. (b) Each motor maintenance / functionality / serviceability will be covered for one year after satisfactory repaired and if induction motor winding brunt out in the contract period or within defect liability period of one year, the same will be repaired by contractor free of cost at his own arrangement and risk. (c) Repair / Maintainance of induction motor shall be carried out from OEM authorised workshop only after getting approval of GE. (d) A BOO will be ordered for verification of serviceable & functionality of motor after repair from workshop and the same will kept on record duly concurred by GE. (e) Spare parts & copper winding shall be measured and paid seperately under respective items as supply only.

Disconnecting of electrical connections from panel board and taking out electic motor of following capacity from base plate of pump set after opening the nuts, bolts and transporting the motor to workshop and back, reinstalled after repair and testing complete all as specified and as directed :-

Supply only of CI bearing plate for electric motor 10-25 HP of OEM make as per site condition of standard quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of CI bearing plate for electric motor 30-40 HP of OEM make as per site condition of standard quality complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only of CI bearing plate for electric motor 50-75 HP of OEM make as per site condition of standard quality complete all as specified and directed. (Note for ser item No 8 to 10:- Old unserviceable material CI bearing shall be taken on charge and enter in demolition / salvage register in 'EACH' and attach the same page of salvage register with each RAR.)

Disconnecting the electric connection of monoblock pump of capacity 10 HP and removing the same from foundation for repair after opening /cutting the rusted nuts, bolts etc and dismantling complete pump and repairing the same with replacing the following unserviceable spare parts i.e CI Impeller, GM shaft sleeve, Mechanical seal, water seal, water liquid reflector, MS stud with nut, gasket packing including grinding work of lathe machine and re-assembling the same including the transporting the pump from side to workshop for repair and back, re-installed at existing position after repair and providing new MS nuts, bolts,packing flange etc including testing complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- (i) Proper inventory for repair and over hauling parts replaced during the repair in work shop shall be prepared and kept in record dully verified and signed by EIC. (ii) Old unserviceable parts repaired & replaced shall be taken on charge under demolition/salvage register with page number in demolition statement.)

Openig the monoblock pump set of cap upto 10 HP and taking out the burnt winding wire complete and cleaning the slots rewinding the motor with super enamelled copper wire of existing gauge/size with and including insulating material. Compete all as specified and as directed. Note : "Copper winding wire of appropriate gauge will be measured under respective item as supply only"

Supply only super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge with insulating material complete all as specified and directed. (Note : (i) Bidder will quote all in all rate according to weight of copper rewinding retrieved after dismentling and mode of measurement of the item is in "KG" only for all the repair/overhandling. Please quote rate accordingly, no any extra cost will be paid by Govt. (ii) A BOO conveyed for working out old unserviceable copper winding quantity details of each pump and the same replaced with new super enamel copper wire of suitable gauze as per old pumps make and submit serviceability / functionality of pumps. (iii) Transportation/freight charges for shifting of pump to workshop and recieved back in the laying/installation place as directed by Engineer-in-Charge shall be deemed included in quoted rate. (iv) Old unserviceable brunt copper winding wire shall be measured in 'KG' and shall be taken in salvage/demolition ledger and the same will be mentioned in demolition certificate with showing page number & ledger number.

Disconnecting and De-coupling the centrifugal pump of following capacity from foundation after cutting of rusted MS nuts, bolts and transported to workshop for repairing and back, re-installed in existing position complete including MS nuts, bolts and packing flange complete all as specified and as directed.
