Demolishing brick work manually / by mechanical means including stacking of serviceable material and disposal of unserviceable material within 50 metres lead as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (a) In cement mortar

Dismantling tile work in floors and roofs laid in cement mortar including stacking material within 50 metres lead. (a) For thickness of tiles 10 mm to 25 mm

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : (a) 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand(zone-III) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Half brick masonry with common burnt clay M.K.S. (Modular) bricks of class designation 3.5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor V level. (a) Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand)

Extra for providing and placing in position 2 Nos 6mm dia. M.S. bars at every third course of half brick masonry.

Providing and laying Ceramic glazed floor tiles of size 300 x 300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622 of approved make in colours such as White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 Cement :4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigment etc., complete.

12 mm cement plaster of mix : (a) 1:6 (1 cement: 6 fine sand)

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre, of approved manufacturer, of required shade and colour all complete: (a) New work (two or more coats) over and including water thinnable priming coat with cement primer having VOC content less than 50 gram/litre

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distemper (ready mixed) having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound) content less than 50 gram/ litre, of approved brand and of required shade and colour complete to give and even shade. (a) Old work (one or more coats)

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials including malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in- Charge.

Dismantling by dismembering aluminium partition work with particle board / prelaminated particle board / glass panelling, from the existing position and shifting the material to new location (with in Indore SSA) - All inclusive as per the directions of the Engineer-in-charge..

Removing of antistatic / PVC flooring from the existing floor with thinner or any materials required to clean floor completely including cost of all labour and materials involved in the work.

Shifting of all recovered / dismanteled materials from Dhanwantari Nagar TE building to Meghdoot Park TE building by mechanical transport including loading, unloading and stacking at new location - All complete as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.
