M/L brick work with Fly ash bricks built in CM 1:4 straight or curved exceeding 6m mean radius all as specified and directed..

Cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg) in surface channels and drains finished even and smooth.

Returning, filing in, incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer n.exc 25cm hard and dense soil all as specified and directed.in hard /dense soil

Removing excavated materials (soil) to a distance exc 250 m and n.exc.500 m and depositing where directed at a level. N.exc. 1.5mtr above the starting point all as specified.

M/L rendering 15mm thick in M 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 45 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, mounds, mitred/stopped end etc all as specified and directed..

M&L for Walling of squared rubble, regular coursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted, built in CM (1:4) all as specified and directed.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work; not exceeding 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) for rough finish

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.5mm graded aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like all as specified and directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded aggregate as in Pre-cast cover slabs for mahnoles incl necessary from work set in CM 1;6 all as specified. (Reincorcement will be measured & paid separately)

Supply & fix metal body Exhaust fan with louver of 300 mm sweep complete and connecting up with new round flexible copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core multi stranded of suitable size from ceiling rose to connecto including plastic net of suitable dimension to be fixed on the outside of the wall before fixing louver all as specified and as directed.. ( Note : Round flexible copper conductor PVC insulated and sheathed 3 core multi stranded of suitable size from ceiling rose to connector deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor) .

M&L for cutting of wall in round shape irrespective of height of building using machine cutting only and making opening suitable for mounting of 300 mm dia exhaust fan and making good disturbed surfaces along with premoulded block of 9'' hole matching with existing colour including grouting of nuts and bolts and clearing the debris and making the work area clean all as specified and directed.Note: Contractor to check the site requirement.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level).all as specified & directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D2, using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase complete. all as specified and directed .

M & L for rubber moulded Chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry with grey cement and pigments in floors over a 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6.all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in copings, bed plates, kerbs incl necessary formwork etc all as specified and directed..

S & F stainless steel kitchen plate rack of overall minimum size 600mm x 600mm and 230 mm deep, with patitions for small/ large plates etc made out of stainless steel 24 Gauge, fixed with rawl plug and cp steel screws all as directed. Note :weight of rack shall not be less than 3.8 Kg

S&F stainless steel wire cloth 0.36 mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.40mm fixed in panels of joineries with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and as directed.
