Supply, Installation, Testing and Commissioning of 1.5 TR with 5 Star BEE Rating Air Cooled Hi Wall split type Inverter Type - Cooling only Room Air conditioners (RAC) complete with Indoor unit(IDU), Out door unit (ODU), surface / concealed copper Refrigerant piping with insulation (closed cell elastomeric nitrile rubber tubular pipe section) upto 3 Mtr (IDU to ODU), copper power cable upto 3.5 Mtr (IDU to ODU) i/c drain pipe R-32/R-410/ R-407 Green Refrigerant, wireless Remote control, suitable for working between 180- 260V with low & high voltage cutoff and 50 hz ,1 phase AC supply capable of performing cooling, dehumidification, air circulation with Scroll / rotary compressor. The system shall be able to deliver 100% of the rated capacity upto 42 0C. Min 5 year 1 Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) warranty both compressor and Printed Circuit Board (PCB). Must comply : Electrical cable IS 694 or IS 9968 temperature sensing control IS /International Electrotechnical Commission (IEC) 60730, hermetic compressor IS 10617, heat exchanger IS 11329, capacitor IS 2993 and motor IS 12615. Complete as per CPWD specification and IS : 1391 Part II 2023. The system shall be able to operate up to 50 0C (out door ambient temperature).All consumables (GI Stand for outdoor units where required) for fixing arrangement to be provided and executed by the firm as per direction of engineer in charge at site. The RAC shall comprise Indoor Unit (IDU) with evaporator, blower, filters, controls and casing, and Outdoor Unit (ODU) with compressor, condenser, fan, refrigerant and associated electrical and protection components. " The outdoor unit of the Room Air Conditioner (RAC) shall be installed on the non-platform side, with an appropriate outlet water drainage pipe arrangement."

Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of wall mounted 5 KVA automatic voltage stabilizer having working range - 140V to 300V, Input range - 165V to 285V, Output range - 200V to 240V as per direction of EIC at site.( Make - Miracle or Similar model ofVertex/Hitek/V-Guard)

Supply & wiring of Room Air Conditioner(RAC) point through suitable size (19mm) of PVC Concealed rigid Conduit pipe by 2x 4 sq.mm PVC insulated unsheathed and multi-stranded 5 FRLS-HR copper cable on wall complete with 1 No. 25 A motor starter switch, 1 No. 32A SP mini MCB, C-series, 3kA, 6-16 A 3 pin shuttered socket with 3M concealed unbreakable GI modular box, 3 M cover plate etc. as required at site including 1sq. mm unsheathed copper cable as earth continuity wire.

Supply, fixing, testing and commissioning of 6 Way SPN DB Conforming to IS 8623-1 & 3,IEC 61439-1 & 3, IK 08 single door, in CRCA Sheet steel, RAL 9003,Powder Coated Board IP43 6 with i)32 amp, 30mA DP RCBO, Conforming to IEC 61009-1, IS 12640-2, EN 61009-1, Short circuit Breaking Capacity - 10kA =1 no.(ii) 32 amps DP C series MCB -01 no. (iii) 16 Amps SP C series MCB - 02 nos. The SPN MCB DB whole arrangement should be properly concealed on wall and earthing properly as per direction of engineer in charge at site.

Supply, fitting and laying of Single core 4 sqmm Flame Retardant Low Smoke Heat Resistant PVC insulated industrial grade multistrand copper conductor(unsheathed) flexible cable voltage grade upto1100 Volt.(Conforming to IS 694:2010)

Supply and erection of earthing made of B class GI pipe of 4000 mm length, 50 mm diameter & 3.6 mm thickness. The GI Strip(50x6)mm should be welded with the earth pipe. The pipe is provided with tapered casing at the lowerend in order to facilitate the driving. A funnel with perforated plate to be provided at the top of the pipe for pouring water during dry season to have an effective earth value.The connecting conductor from earth electrode to the distribution panel board 8 should not be thinner than8 SWG GI wire to carry the fault current. The earth fill shall be of homogeneous layer of common earth soil.Where soil restivity is high,earth restivity enhancing material may be used,Bentonite or similar earth enhancing material may be used in rocky soil. Earth box to be precasted RCC and The values of earth resistance measured should be painted on the Earth pit cover/lid along with the date of measurement. This will supersedes the earlier drawing no. PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1 dated 30.09.24 & CEE/STD/1 As per Drg.No.: PCEE/ELG/DRG/2024/1/Rev-1 dated 28.07.2025 & as per Technical circular no.EL/PS/2025/1 (Pipe Earthing arrangements)

Supply and wiring of Sub-main line by 2x10 sq. mm.PVC insulated unsheathedand 9 multi-stranded FRLSCopper Cable confirming toIS 694/1990 through suitablesize of PVC casing cappingwith earth continuity bycopper wire of 1 sq. mm.(One RM consists of 2 wires). Casing/capping shall be fixed on the wall ceiling by MS(6X40MM) screw at an interval of not more than 300 mm.
