Manufacture and supplying of 8.0m (WL-200KG) PSC pole(HWZ) , as per REC design cast in M42 design mix (RCC 1:1.14:2.33) using ordinary Portland Cement of 53 grade, 4mm HTS wire, 10mm &12mm machine crushed metal of 50% each (HBG stone jelly) and river sand (sieved) using contractors scope Twin mould form boxes including cost of labour charges for cleaning and fixing the form boxes, stretching and tensioning of HTS wires, mixing, conveying and placing of concrete, vibrating, curing in bed for three days(not less than 72 hours), Casting & testing of 3nos cubes of size 15X15X15cms for ascertaining the strength of concrete for de- tensioning, cutting of HTS wire, removing of bolt & nut, shifting of poles to the Curing tank after cutting,stacking of poles in the stacking yard in a countable manner,and painting at top and bottom using anti-corrosive paint including cost of wedges, barrels, bolts & nuts, empty gunnies for covering the pole in bed for 3 days PVC hose, welding electrodes, waste oil,charges for hydraulic jack, tensioning machine, welding plants, twin mould form boxes, water charges, Current Consumption charges, pole testing charges and charges for other T &P s for maintaining the yard including Cost of keeping from boxes in proper shape, cleaning the yard and curing tanks, including cost of all materials used, lead lift. etc complete at Vaniyankulam PSC Yard.
