M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry, laid over and including 20mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 as in pathways, etc. complete including dismantling of existing unserviceable tiling alongwith cement plaster and removing rubbish off the premises all as specified and directed.

M&L for grinding and polishing the existing old Terrazzo/ Tandoor/ Kota stone flooring/ skirting with necessary white cement, marble powder, etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C2, (Using 40 mm graded stone aggregate), 75mm thick as in plinth protection, finishing surface fair and even, in panels & filling joints with mortar, etc. all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or block masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

Taking down ceiling fan from the existing location and refixing the same back to its original or at other locations as directed by Engineer-in-charge including replacement of required size copper conductor from ceiling rose to connector block of fan all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 50mm dia GI pipe medium grade cut to required length as per site requirement and fixed into walls in single piece without any joints as in supports for hanging of ceiling fans complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m depth for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft/ loose soil all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc. 25 cm thick all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point in soil all as specified and directed.

M&L for GI tubes, light grade, 50mm bore, as in cable protection, fixed to poles/ walls with necessary MS clamps, bolts, nuts, washers or laid in trenches / under roads/ crossing etc. all as specified and as directed.

M&L for XLPE insulated, armoured, heavy duty electric LT UG cable with multi-stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade, cross sectional area 35 Sqmm x 4 core, laid in trenches/ passing through pipe/ duct or fixed to wall including provision of necessary lugs/ thimbles/ ferrules, connecting up , testing and commissioning complete laid in repairs all as specified and as directed. Note: Excavation, earth work, cable cushioning, bricks/ GI pipe for protection shall be measured and paid separately under relevant items of this schedule.

M&L for Double wall corrugated HDPE pipes of ISI marked 63mm outer dia as in cable protection fixed to poles with necessary suitable MS Clamps, bolts, nuts, washers or laid in trenches/road crossings etc all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6mm thick, burried directly in ground vertically (earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5m below normal ground level connected to GI wire 4mm dia (7.5m long) by means of GI bolts nuts washers and GI wire protected by 15mm dia light grade GI pipe (7.5m long) and watering arrangements with 20mm dia GI pipe medium grade and GI funnel all as specified and shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of MES Schedule Part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, dust salt, PCC 1:2:4 type B1 in chamber, 40mm thick RCC 1:2:4 type B1 in cover slab with 8mm dia TMT bars at 100mm C/C both ways and with 8mm dia MS hook complete and testing all as specified and directed.
