SPECIAL REPAIR TO BITUMEN ROAD FROM MAIN GATE TO REAR GATE INCLUDING ROAD FURNITURE AND PROVN OF PATHWAY OF INTERLOCKING TILES NEAR BLDG NO P6 P7 P8 P9 P10 P11 AND P12 AT NCC COMPLEX DIBRUGARH UNDER GE DINJAN NO 2

Surface excavation n.exc 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep geeting out in soft/loose soil.

Excavating in trenches, n. exc 1.5 m wide and n. exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in foundaion and mass filling complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for Half Brick thick wall with old size Sub Class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius, built in cement mortar 1:4 complete in all as specifified and directed.

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; Complete in all as specified and directed.

M & L for Broken stone or boulders hardcore of gauge n exc. 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete in all as specified and directed

M & L 75 mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20 mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate laid in floor, path etc. or of similar type finished the surface even and fair without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on brick or concrete wall surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Preparaing new un decorated plastered or unplastered surface of wall and apply three coats of white wash complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50m and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete in all respect as specified and directed.

Providing and laying for cement concrete in coping, hold fasts using type B-1, 1:2:4 (using 20mm nominal size crushed and graded stone aggregate) or of similar work, etc. including necessary form work complete in all respect as specifified and directed.

Scarifyring or pickeing graveled, macadam or bituminous macadam of exceeding 50mm and not exceeding 100mm deep and surface area not exc 400 Sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc.from Black top Surfaces.

M & L for applying evenly a Priming Coat of Cationic Bitumen Emulsion SS1 conforming to IS 8887 at a rate of application of 0.7 to 1.0 Kg/Sqm on Surface of stabilized soil bases /Crusher run macadam as specified in Table 500-3 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013, using mechanical sprayer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for applying evenly a tack coat of cationic bitumen Emulsion (RS-I) conforming to IS:8887 at a rate of application of 0.2-0.3 kg/Sqm on bituminous surface as specified in Table 500-5 of MoRTH specification for road and bridge works 2013,using mechanical sprayer after cleaning of existing surface as specified and directed.

M&L for premix bituminous, macadam laid/ rolled & compacted to required gradient & camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen of VG-10 or VG-30 at the rate of 4% by weight of total mix complete in all respect as specified & directed

M&L for repair to pot holes of any depth not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each incl sweeping free from dust & mud of water scoring sunken surface in road etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth making good by applying tack coat @ 5Kg per 10 sqm and filled with bituminous premixed carpet mix, 25mm consolidated thickness, with 0.33 cum of stone chippings mixed with 18.25 kg of binder (paving bitumen of VG-10 or VG-30) per 10 SQM, rolled and consolidated to required gradient & camber with power road roller exc 8 tonne and n.exc 12 tonne complete in all respect as specified & directed

Providing & laying design mixed, semi dense bituminous concrete 40mm consolidated thickness with minimum 5.5% binder content by weight of total mix, using paving bitumen of VG-10 or VG-30, rolled & consolidated to required gradient & camber with power road roller exc 8 tonne & n.exc 12 tonne complete in all respect as specified & directed. Note:- No extra amount will be paid for variation of qty of binder content

S & F solar cat eye aluminium alloy shall (100% water proofing design according to 65) of size 125mmX125mmX25mm (shank 65mm) of high efficiency Mono rystafie solar panel 2.4 V/0.3 watt one NI-ed rechargeable battery (1.2V/1600MA) consisting of super bright LED with 10,000 to 18,000 mcd completed as per manufactures instruction etc. all as specified and directed.

S & F in cat eye sloar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100X100mmX20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No. DA 972.0 fixed with and incl MS stud of suitable size as per manufactures instruction all as specified and directed.

S & F metal tubular dealineator made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65 mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50 mm dia mild steel pipe of 60 mm height duly powder coated and themoplastic elastomer 3 bands of green, red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25 mm wide strip with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150 X 150 X 300) type B1 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Road Safety convex mirror of size 600mm dia having polycarbonate body, unbreakable orange colour including mountined over metalic stand not less than 65mm dia pipe duly painted of standard height 150cm. All steel parts black powder coated to make all weather resistant. The same is embedded in ground with 300 X 300 X 300 mm size PCC of 1:2:4 including necessary excavation, the cost is included in the item. Providing and applying 2.5mm thick road marking strips (retro- reflective) of specified shade/colour using hot thermoplastic material by fully/semi automatic thermoplastic paint applicator machine fitted with profile shoe, glass beads dispenser, propane tnk heater and profile shoe heater, driven b y experienced operator on road surface including cost of material, labour, T& P , cleaning the road surface of all dirt, seals, oil, gease and foreign material etc. complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge and accordance with applicable specifications.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 (using 40mm crushed and graded stone aggregate) as in foundaion and mass filling complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F PVC (SWR) pipes single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls 100 mm bore including necessary MS pipe clamp complete in all respect as specified and directed.

M & L for full brick work with Old Size Sub Class "B" Bricks of class designation 75, straight or curved on plan exc. 6m mean radius built in CM (1:4) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F Reinforced concrete pipes of dia 150 mm, class NP3, laid and jointed complete withcollars complete in all respect specified and directed.

S & F for Rolled Mild steel of Fe 410- (GdeE- 250) quality-A in Joist. channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary lengths i.e. within 20mm of the length indicated) complete in all respect as specified and directed.

S & F for Mild steel screw bolts with 20 mm dia of neck (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exc 15cm and n exc 22.5cm long complete in all respect as specified and directed.
