Dismantling and taking down old unserserviceable ACSR Conductor and GI wire of any size from LT Poles and removing from site complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down old unserviceable cross arms/clamps/nut bolts and angle section etc from LT pole any size complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling and taking down of old unserviceable insulators any type, any size and make from cross arms / poles complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches, not exc 1.5 m wide and exc 1.5 m depth and n. exc 3.0m depth & getting out soft/loose soil, for laying of cables, foundations of poles, struts, stays etc and getting out including trimming and forming bottom surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sand cushioning to PVC under ground cable with screened and washed sand and punning to provide a required cover complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Thickness after punning shall be considered for payment.

M&L for brick work with fly ash bricks (As Per IS-13757(1993) burnt clay fly ash building bricks), (old size bricks) with width equal to the length of the brick laid dry & flat abutted with each other with gap between adjacent bricks not exc 10 mm over UG cable for protection and complete all as specified & directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling , watering and well ramming in layers not exc. 25 cm in any type soil.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50m and depositing where directed at a levelnot exc 1.5 Mtr above the starting point.

Supply, lay, jointing and testing XLPE Insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armored, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10 Sqmm 2 core cable laid in trenches/passing through pipe under road crossing etc all as specified and directed. Note : Sand cushioning, cable protection, GI protection pipe, clamps, jointing kits and excavation & earth work shall be measured & paid for separately.

M&L earthing complete as per electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part-I with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cmx60cmx6.0mm thick, buried directly vertically in ground in a pit depth not less than 2.25 metres below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less then 1.5 metre below normal ground level connected to and including galvanised iron or steel earth strip 32mm x 6mm by means of bolts, nuts check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel. Earthing strip shall be protected by galvanised iron or steel pipe 40 mm bore light grade and connected to continuous earth wire on pole / test point. Watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore GI medium grade. The earthing shall be of inclusive of excavation & earth work in any type of soil, charcoal, salt, funnel PCC pit and RCC cover complete all as specified & tested complete.

M&L for drilling hole under road for laying of U/G cable through pipe of suitable size complete all as specified and directed at site. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid separately.

The sump tank and rest of the body shall be made of 1.20mm thick galvanized steel sheet. The galvanised steel sheet shall be ISI marked and shall have zinc coating not less than 100 gms/sqm and shall conform to IS : 277. (ii) All internal surface including inside of the tank, fan blades, motor body, pump, pump body shall be painted with water resistant paint conforming to IS: 986. The outer surface of the cooler shall be spary painted with synthetic enamel paint of approved shade/tint. (iii) The desert cooler shall be fitted with adjustable grill with separate on/off switch of 5/6 Amp rating (ISI Marked) for cooler fan and water pump and three stage speed regulator (Low, Medium, High) for three speed cooler fan motor. (iv) Suitable nylon bushes shall be provided in the grill for easy and smooth movement of louvers. (v) The filter pads shall be contain wood wool.The filters pads shall be fixed over the panel and seured by clamping guard of galvanized wire of 2mm dia (approx) squre/rectangular.The wire guard shall be fixed in the clamps to avoid any sagging.
