M&L for taking out submersible pumpset any size and any capacity from open well / bore well by disconnecting submersible cable connection and delivery pipe line using tripoid chain pulley or any other means, dismantling from GI pipe, opening pump set and carrying for repairs, connecting back to MS/GI pipe and lowering the submersible pumpset of capacity upto 5 HP alongwith cable into open well / bore well in original position after repairs complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Unit rate quoted shall deemed to be included for labour only for taking up & lowering the submersible pump from bore well along with delivery pipe. (b) Repairs / rewinding & servicing of submersible pump shall be measured & paid under relevant items

M&L for opening up vertical /open well submersible the following capacity motor (Single Phase/Three Phase) taking out burnt out winding, cleaning the slots with CTC and rewinding the same with new PVC insulated copper winding wire of existing gauge and turns, assembling back into position by using new suitable studs etc., oiling and greasing and fixing back into position for making motor fully functional, applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chromate primer, testing for satisfactory running complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in charge :- NOTE : (i). Lowering and lifting charges shall be measured and paid separately

M&L for dismantling centrifugal/monoblock pumpset suitable for the following motor, carrying out repairs, replacement of worn out parts such as impellers, bearings, gland metal bushes etc., and reconditioning of spare parts such as shaft, impellers, housing body, bearing gland plate etc., by metalling and machining to their original shape and size and assembling back into position by using new suitable gland dory, gland plate, gland/rubber packing including studs/gland bolts and nuts, coupling bushes etc., oiling and greasing for making pumpset fully functional applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primerand testing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge Note : The quoted rate shall be deemed to included for replacement of spare parts:-

Disconnecting the electrical connection from terminal plate,Taking down the induction motor from foundation of capacity 220/240/260 HP from Centrifugal pump set and Dismantling the motor assy with connected items and cleaning carefully inside of the induction motor ,revarnishing the copper winding wires and reasssemble & testing proper aligment after necessory repair and repair/replacement of the following items paid separately here as after and re-assembling at Berthuma PH including transportation from Berthuma PH to work shop and back. Note : (i) Replacement of defective part only shall be replaced if required & measured & paid separately under respective items as under :- (ii) Labour element is included in the rate and Make of part shall be existing (iii). Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer Note : Spare parts shall be measured and paid separately

Taking down the induction motor of capacity 135/150 HP from VT Pump and Dismantling carbon bush holder, carbon bush and slip ring assy with connected items and revarnishing the copper winding wires and reasssemble & testing proper aligment after necessory repair and repair/replacement of the following items paid separately here as after and re-assembling at jack well chittora pump house .Including transporation from chittora pump house to work shop and back. Note : (i) Replacement of defective part only shall be replaced if required & measured & paid separately under respective items as under :- (ii) Labour element is included in the rate and Make of part shall be existing (iii). Applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide Zinc chrome primer

Taking down the damaged/rusted MS beams, and fixing new Rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack raflers, purlins grade Fe 410 -W(Gde-E25 quality-A) where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors fixed wirh angle clearts or other connecting plates etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Taking out the existing DOL starter, 415V, 3 Ph, 50 Hz from panel suitable for up to 5 HP Capacity motor , cleaning the electronic parts from inside, refixing the OLR, Contactor, NVC and SPP complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge NOTE : Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for replacement of spares and making serviceable condition

Taking out the existing Star-delta starter suitable for 10 HP Capacity motor from panel, cleaning the electrnic parts from inside, refixing the OLR, Contactor, NVC,and SPP connecting link wires etc of the following capacity motor complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge NOTE : Quoted rate shall deemed to be included for replacement of spares and making serviceable condition

M&L for disconnecting cable connection from exiting Soft starter suitable for 135/150 HP Capacity motor at Chittora Pump house, 415V, 3 Phase,50Hz and including replacement of such a spare parts of Bypass relay and contactor, Plate and stays, USB cable , current transformer, connection kit etc and making serviceable condition testing and commissioning complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge

M&L for execavation of soil up to 5cm root of the vegetation cutting removing completely by spade and surface dressing all around the all Pump House installation area to keep the installation area(external only) clean and tidy all as per specified and directed by Engineer -in-Charge. NOTE: All the installation shall be kept clean through out the contract period by repeatedly removing the grasses/trees/weads as many times as required depending on the growth of the grass.

Removing the wooden sleepers from the slots /opening of the anicut across the river Bewas at Chittora in the lean season and stacking them separately for their serviceability after applying black oil to serviceable sleepers and unserviceable sleepers shall be stacked properly for inspection all as directed by Engineer- in – Charge.

M&L for second class hard wood (well seasoned) wooden sleeper of size 150mmx 100mm cross sectional size and not less than 1475 mm (59")long duly tapered at end for easy insertion in the slots complete with and incl 02 Nos eye hooks made out of MS plain round bar 20 mm dia 400 mm long for each hook and the dia of hook shall be 50 mm, the other end of the round bar shall be tapered and fixed with wooden sleeper incl applying a coat of coal tar on entire surface of sleepers as directed by Engr-in-charge

Refixing of wooden sleepers which are stacked at Chittora pump house in the slots of Anicut and tide with 18 SWG GI wire to protect the wooden sleepers and fixed with wooden sleeper incl applying a coat of coal tar on entire surface of sleepers , from washing out in heavy water current upto a level of 16 feet from bottom to anicut.

M&L for black cotton/ yellow soil as required in water condition to fill the gap of two sleepers in the slots of the maximum height 16 Feet to avoid the leakage/seepage of water entire contract period all as specified and directed by Engr-in–Charge. NOTE :(a) Contractor will be responsible for filling of black cotton soil in between gap of two sleepers of the slot upto 16 feet height without any leakage as per directions of Engineer in Charge (b) Entire quantity of BC soil shall be delivered by Contractor before mansoon & will be stacked properly at a distance of 20 mtr away from river as per directions of Engr-in-Charge. c). Rate deemed to include to provide insurance/safty belt / ladder etc as required at site.

M&L for Opening the wooden sleepers upto 8 feet from Chittora ancut gate for release of water to Dhana and closing the anicut slots upto 16 feet as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. Note (i) Rate deemed to include to filling the cotton soil upto 16 feet height without any leakeage (ii) Rate deemed to include to provide safty belt / ladder etc as required at site

M&L for arresting water leakeage from slots in anicut gates upto 16 feet height to fill the cotton soil with out any leakeage as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge Note (i) Rate deemed to include to filling the cotton soil upto 16 feet height without any leakeage (ii) Rate deemed to include to provide safty belt / ladder etc as required at site

Removing the silt/rubbish deposited on the other side of the anicut and depositing at a place not more than 50 mtrs and removing as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : The silt/rubbish shall be stacked properly for measurement purpose all as directed.

Cutting and removing the washed out deposit at anicut trees/tree branches during the monsoon and before closing the anicut. The trees /tree branches obtained from the river shall be weighed. The weighing of wood shall be contractors responsibility and no extra shall be payable to him on this account.

M& L for Cutting of vegetation,bushes grass etc surrounding the pump house,power house and OHT/ Sump area at various installations and removing to a distance of 50 mtr all as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type B 1 using 20 mm graded aggregate as in filling and making good distrubed surface complete all as specified and directed

Taking down the existing rusted/damaged Motor pump frame from existing location and fabricated new MS frame as per size,thicknessapplying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed

M&L for painting of CI /GI/MS pipe line with one coat of red oxide , zinc chrome and two coats of anti corrosive synthetic enamel paint including prearation of old painted surface complete all as specified and as directed. Note :Inlet pipe should be painted in blue colour , out let pipe should be painted in green colour andOver flow pipe with Yellow
