Demolition of RCC roofs, floors (other than ground floors), beams staircases, landing, chajjas, & similar works (reinforcement cut as required to facilitate demolition) and removing rubbish to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 1.5 km complete all as directed.

Material and labour for precast reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs( for manholes etc.)chulla hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves,drain cover etc and similar articles with plain faces set in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Material and labour for RCC (1:2:4) type B1 using 20 mm graded aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like such as cover slab of septic tank/soak well etc complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200m thick (Horizontal or sloping) for fair finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mmdia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing rubbish to a distance exc 250 m but not exc 1.5 km complete all as directed.

Material and labour for for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) with water proofing compound in padding/provided to make up uneven surface/maintain slop of roof/weathering /rounded/gola/roof kerbs of mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid for separately.

Providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates & back filling of hollow portion of chowkats etc,water trought and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as wornout tarfelt, mortar of any description & any thickness,shurves vegetation,tree,terracing tile (where as reqd) or concrete bedding and Cleaning of all foreign material such as fungus, mass, dust ,debris etc by brushing and dusting,washing down with water,surface shall be levelled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instrucions and applying roof treatment on top of roof with APP modified membrane with non-woven polyster reinforcement(centre core) with thermal insulation with white mineral gravel finish on upper side of weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm & thickness not less than 3mm, laid by torch application method with overlap 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer's instructions over a coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @0.30 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Supply only Liquid Water Proofing Compound. complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for for cutting out cracks to V-Section in existing roof or terracing, cleaning out and filling solidly with a hot mixture of bitumen and clean dry sand in ration 1:1 by weight. Complete all specified & directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors gates, grills but excluding framed truss etc. Complete all specified & directed.

S&F of rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to a common rafters and rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates Fe-410-W(Gde-E-250) quality B. Complete all specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 13 here-in-before but Erection and fixing only. NOTE: Old Serviceable mild steel any sections/thickness/type retrieved from dismantling shall be used.

S & F mild steel work as in tubular trusses (framed) /rectangular hollow section, purlins and fastening including distance pieces etc. including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240. Complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 15 here-in-before but Erection and fixing only. NOTE: Old Serviceable mild steel any sections/thickness/type retrieved from dismantling shall be used.

S&F hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled & countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors,balusters,nosing to steps including embedding in concrete & screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts & struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., & similar work conforming to Fe 290-0 Gde E-165. Complete all specified & directed.

Dismantling of AC/fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated or semi corrugated sheeting in roof including ridges etc. Complete all specified & directed.

S&F of fiber glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting 2mm thick with two corrugations side lap fixed with L type or J type cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of fiber glass reinforced translucent plain sheeting 2mm thick with 100 mm side lap fixed with L type or J type cranked hook bolts in lieu of screw complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75 mm wide & 65 mm deep & shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed.

M &L for brick work with subclass 'B' old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius built in Cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item No 23 here-in-before but except old size sub class 'B' bricks. NOTE: Old bricks retrieved from demolition shall be used.

Material and labour for Brickwork with subclass 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl Item 25 here-in-before but except old size sub class 'B' bricks. NOTE: Old bricks retrieved from demolition shall be used.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings/fin/facia/chajjas/parapet etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including all necessary scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs and Removing rubbish to a distance exc 500 m but not exc 1.5 km complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag in patches not exc 3 sqm each patch on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for two coat plaster 35 mm thick (20 mm + 15 mm) on rough concrete surfaces of fin, facia, chajjas and similar article in cm 1:3 with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag mixed in both coats, finished even and smooth without using extra cement including all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Two coat plaster shall be carried out as mentioned in clause 14.18 of SSR-2009, Part-I complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for repairing of chajjas, roof projection and faces of exposed reinforcement surface or damaged loose RCC surface and applying one coat of cement slurry @3kg/Sqm and filling with cement concrete 1 : 2 :4 type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) mixed with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag and finished with 05mm thick rendering with cement sand mortar 1 : 3 finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement with liquid water proofing compound @ 200 ml per bag using coarse sand in patch area not exc 1.00 sqm each and thickness of RCC member not exc 150 mm and reinforced with welded mesh of weight exc 2.00 Kg per sqm but not exc 3.00 Kg per sqm and finally applying two coat of Cement Base Paint in any colour over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) including all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs complete all as specified and directed. (Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately)

Material and labour for rendering 15 mm thick in cm 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work , concrete surfaces of wall,fin, facia, chajjas,parapet and similar article up to four storeys height of bldgs finishing surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over and including a coat of alkali resistant primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs,complete all as specified and as directed. Note-Shade/colour shall be approved by GE and Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting,lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs.

Material and labour for for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of wall up to four storeys height of buildings including cornices etc by brooming or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of cement base paint without any brush marks on the surface of any shade complete all as specified and directed. Note-Shade/colour shall be approved by GE and Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting,lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs.

Material and labour for preparation of old plastered or un-plastered surface of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing,scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots etc and applying one coat of exterior grade emulsion paint (weather proof/weather coat) of any colour without any brush marks on the surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of wall care putty on the surfaces and making surface absolutely smooth and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion finished without any brush marks on the surface in any colour over and including one coat of primer (as per manufacturer’s recommendations) including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for complete removal of existing treatment on surface of wall by Washing, rubbing down with sand paper and stopping of distempered and painted surfaces etc and applying two coat wall care putty on the surfaces and making surface absolutely smooth and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion finished without any brush marks on the surface in any colour including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel and iron surface of any description width or girth exc 10 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10 centimeter width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint in any colour finished without brush mark on surface including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cutting down plants / trees of girth n exc 15 cm and surface area not exe 0.36 sqm each from roof tops /sides of external walls of buildings, chajja, wall junctions, junctions of of rain water / soil /waste vent pipes including taking out roots entered in wall/slab surfaces and making good the surfaces including repairing the CI/GI/PVC joints of affected locations by applying TUFALO (herbal medicine) and making good to suit the adjoining surfaces using PCC 1:2:4, type B-O or cement mortar 1:2 complete all as per manufacturer instructions and as specified. NOTE: Any CI/GI/PVC pipes and fittings damaged during work shall be replaced by new one to insure leakage / seepage free joint without any extra cost to the department and Unit rate quoted by tenderer shall included for use of all scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles etc ,hoisting, lowering and protective measures etc up to four storeys height of bldgs including Removing rubbish to a distance exc 500 m but not exc 1.5 km complete all as directed

S&F of spun Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes ISI marked, in any length with or without ears with cement joints, fixed to walls bore of pipe 100mm. Complete all specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item 66 here-in-before but except pipe note: - Old spun Cast iron soil, waste and vent pipes any type retrieved from dismantling shall be used)

M & L for spun Cast iron bends (ISI marked) (any radius) diminishing pieces or tapers (larger bore measured), bore of pipe 100mm, complete all as specified & directed.

All as per Srl Item No 68 here-in-before but except spun cast iron bends bore of pipe 100mm. Note :- Old retrieved bends shall be used.

Material and labour for spun Cast iron floor trap (ISI marked) of 75mm dia of outlet, plain with grating including jointing to waste pipe with solvent cement fixed in repair, and set in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate). Complete all specified & directed.

M&L for Stack clamps made out of 50mm by 5mm flat iron and 16mm dia round iron stays. Including bolts and nuts and securing ends of stays to wall or roof suitable for 100mm pipe. Completye all specified & directed

Cleaning & removing all scale & dirt, etc. from PVC tanks & from mouths of circulating pipes including disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. & hositing if required reconnecting & re-fixing in position of water tanks of capacity exceeding 250 but not exc 500 ltrs and writing date of cleaning of the tank with synthetic enamel paint 75 mm height in DD/MM/YY pattern and refixing the cover after cleaning. Complete all specified & directed. Note: While cleaning Float valve to be removed and refixed as and where is fixed.

Cleaning & removing all scale & dirt, etc. from PVC tanks & from mouths of circulating pipes including disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. & hositing if required reconnecting & re-fixing in position of water tanks of capacity exceeding 500 but not exc 1000 ltrs and writing date of cleaning of the tank with synthetic enamel paint 75 mm height in DD/MM/YY pattern and refixing the cover after cleaning. Complete all specified & directed. Note: While cleaning Float valve to be removed and refixed as and where is fixed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks of 500 ltrs capacity ISI marked triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms including Dismantling of old brocken water tanks and refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Rotational moulded polyethlene water storage tanks of 1000 ltrs capacity ISI marked triple layered (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20 mm Ball valves high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe and fixed. (Minimum weight 20mm-210 gms including Dismantling of old brocken water tanks and refixing of inlet, outlet & over flow pipe etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair ball valves 15mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe & fixed. (min. weight 15mm-142 gms). Complete all specified & directed.

S&F in repair ball valves 20mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe & fixed. (min. weight 20mm-210 gms). Complete all specified & directed.

Supply only ball valves 15mm bore high pressure of PTMT with epoxy coated Aluminium rod & high-density plastic bal screwed for iron pipe. (min. weight 15mm-142 gms). Complete all specified & directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 27,960.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 5% (Five percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
