Supply & filling the glass wool/ mineral wool 50 mm thick along with wire mesh for coverage the exhaust pipe as required including transportation at site

Providing & fixing of wire mesh over the glass wool/mineral wool 50 mm thick for holding the glass wool on pipe for coverage of the exhaust pipe as required at site including transportation at site.

Cladding of existing pipe and wool bonded with wire mesh with fabrication, supply and fixing of Aluminum sheet of suitable size around the MS pipe on already filled mineral wool/glass wool around exhaust pipe of Gen Set as required at site including transportation at site.

Making Testing/ Inspection chambers in each exhaust pipe for sampling and testing the smoke of DG set as required at site, including transportation at site

Fabrication, Supply, Erection of bends as per site requirement, including transportation at site.

Fabrication, supply, erection of flange as per site requirement for coupling the silencer with exhaust pipe including transportation at site

Fabrication, Supply & Fixing of 75 x 40 mm MS Channel and 40x 5mm angle structure from ground level along with wall duly erected, grouted in wall for proper bonding of 200mm Dia of MS iron pipes of C Class of ISI marked, length of the pipe should be to make the stack height of the exhaust as per CPCB norms, including transportation at site cutting, welding, grinding etc. The job includes cost of hiring and erection of MS scaffolding.
