Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five crushed stone sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers -Mixing by mechanical means

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling crushed stone sand in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, Sill slabs etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid with silver oak joists of size 10cm x 5cm & 7.5cm x 5cm as support runner , vertical stiffener, side support and Top Horizontal stiffener spaced at about 60cm to 90cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid).

Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade by insitu machine mix concrete adopting weighing batch method in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without inspiring strength and durability with about (5 Cu.m) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 Cu.m) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost ofreinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying,vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). (a)Foundation and Basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position Mild Steel / Ribbed Tor Steel reinforcement grills of all variety like HYSD/CTD/TMTand all grade like Fe 500, Fe550D, Fe 500 D etc., for all RCC works as per design given including cost of steel reinforcement and G.I. binding wire, wastage etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel reinforcement and binding wire)

Brick work in In Cement Mortar 1:5 using best quality Fly ash Brick of size 230x110x75mm with class designation of 7.5 conforming to IS 13757-1993 or IS 12894-2002 for foundation and basement including Cost of Mortar Plasticizer, curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Brickwork shall be done as per IS 2212-1991 adopting English Bond generally.other type of bond shall be done as directed by the Executive Engineer in charge. (a)Foundation and Basement

Paving the floor with best approved quality fine polished Granite Stone Slabs of size 1200 x 600 of 18 / 20mm thick of Synthetic Grey, Paradise and similar varieties with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) with required Cement Slurry and Mortar Plasticizer and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., complete complying with standard speicification and as directed by the departmental officers.(The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work)

Paving the floor with best approved quality Leather finished Granite slab Jet Black of 18-20mm thick with machine cut edges laid over a cement mortar bed of 20mm thick using cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) fixing the slabs with required cement slurry and laid in true right angles with minimum possible width of joints and pointing the joints with white cement mixed with mathcing colouring pigments etc., The granite stone slabs and other materials to be used shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer concerned before use on work, etc., complete as per standard speicification.

Supplying and fixing Flooring Natural stone 10cm thick including fixing for correct alignment, Transport, Loading and unloading etc, complete complying with standard specification and as direct.

Supplying and fixing Mild Steel grills for windows, ventilators etc.,complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and fixing Tensile fabric roof sheet of 0.05-0.82mm thickand steel tubular box section of 100x50x3mm of 1meter interval including priming coat fixing in position with all necessary accessories complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:5 (One cement and Five Plastering sand), 12mm thick in all floors including mortar plasticizer at 200ml per 50Kg of cement used, curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting the wall two coats with approved weather proof Exterior Emulsion paint over one primer coat on cement plastered wall surface ect., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Supplying and laying of Rubber moulded Hydraulic pressed paver block 83mm thick Over a base layer of crushed stone sandfilling incl. Cost of materials laying and Labour charges etc complete complying with the standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and Fixing Round tables 2.50m dia are designed to be Gramite and wooden Moddle type etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers

Supplying and fixing of container-type toilet unit with dimensions of 6m x 3m. Fabricated with a robust MS (Mild Steel) angle or square pipe frame. The body may be made of 1.2 mm thick MS corrugated plates, which are durable and weather resistant. Typically made of sandwich panels (e.g., PUF, EPS, or Rock wool insulation) with pre-painted galvanized iron (PPGI) skins or FRP sheets on the interior/exterior. Trenching in ordinary soil up to a depth of 60 cm including removal and stacking of serviceable materials and then disposing of surplus soil, by spreading and neatly levelling within a lead of 50 m and making up the trenched area to proper levels by filling with earth or earth mixed with sludge or / and manure before and after flooding trench with water (excluding cost of imported earth, sludge or manure).

Supplying and stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage upto 5 km lead complete (earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20% for payment).

Supplying and stacking at site dump manure from approved source, including carriage upto 5 km lead complete (manure measured in stacks will be reduced by 8% for payment) :

Uprooting rank vegetation and weeds by digging the area to a depth of 60 cm, removing all weeds and other growth with roots by forking repeatedly, breaking clods, rough dressing, flooding with water, uprooting fresh growths after 10 to 15 days and then fine dressing for planting new grass, including disposal of all rubbish with all leads and lifts.

Supply and clamping of 4 X 16 sq mm PVC LTUG armoured LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS Clamps.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 4 X 16 sq mm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection.

Design, Supply, Testing and commissioning of 16m Highimast lighting unit (Philips/ Bajaj make or ISI equivalent) complete with hot dip galvanized and suitable for 45met/sec wind velocity and above. The Highmast structure should have head frame, single ring and provided with galvanized lantern carriage suitable for 1 x 8 Nos of 150W LED luminaries with manual ladder arrangement and feeder pillar Box with Automatic timer system including wiring etc: complete as specified in the relevent ISS. Supply and clamping of 31/2 X 25 sq mm PVC LTUG armoured LTUG cable on post or on wall with MS Clamps.

Supply and fixing of brass cable gland for 4 X 16 sq mm PVC armoured LTUG cable with earth connection.

Supply and providing cable end termination of 3 1/2 X 25 sq mm PVC LTUG Aluminum armoured cable with necessary aluminium cable sockets by crimping etc with electrical connection complete.
