Disconnecting and dismantling of unserviceable centrifugal pump set 150 HP of Kirloskar make Model No DSM 150-46, from pre-existing foundation complete with inlet/ outlet attachment and transporting to authorised dealer/ reputed workshop and reassembling complete unit after replacement of defective spares including machining of shaft as desired / required to ensure proper alignment with provisioning of commissioning/ testing of pumpset all to entire satisfaction of Engr in charge. Note for Item No 01 to 13 :- (i) Quoted rates are also deemed to be included for replacement of gaskets, packing with bearing grease, glands with graphite packing , nuts bolts , washers etc. (iii) Cost of transportation shall be deemed to be included in the rate quoted for these items. (iv) While taking out pump for repairs , the contractor will make arrengement pluging suction and discharge line with dead flanges, so that pumping of installation is not disturbed and there is no leakage of water.

M & L for painting of motor & pump for removing the existing deteriorated paint by scrapping the complete body along with complete foundation of Pump and Motor and filling the cavities with filter spray painting with Anti corrosive paint, two coats over a coat of red oxide zinc crome and marking of SM/MES No. with black/white paint for following:-

(a) ditto but for capacity 100 to 150 HP

(b) ditto but for capacity 40 to 75 HP

(c) Capacity 15HP to 30 HP

(d) Capacity 7.5 HP to 12.5 HP

(e) Capacity 2 HP to 5 HP

Demolition of PCC foundation of any size and material & Labour for new foundation as per site requirement using concrete 1:2:4 with 6 nos of M20 X200 mm foundtion bolts grouted in the PCC & supply & fix MS plate 600 X 700 X8 mm thick fitted properly in the foundtion bolts . Duly drilled & tap for fixing the pump set painted with two coats of Anti corrosive paint over one coat of red oxide and as directed by Engr.-In-Charge.

M&L in MS iron frame work using MS channel. MS angle 50 x 50 x 6 mm for two structural support to pipe lines/base plate for pumps/approach ladder to over head water tanks fixed to wall by nuts bolts at T&P and bottom of size , 50 x 6 mm flat iron strip sqmm type grouting in floor. All steel work painted with synthetic enamel paint two coat over one coat red oxide all as directed including taking down/dismantling old one.

S&F pressure gauge 0-30 PSI (approved make) with 15mm valve & brass connector all as specified and directed.

Dismantling carefully centrifugal/monoblock/submersible electric motor from site of installation and transportion to work shop and them removing all burnt/ worn out coils cleaning of stator slots and insertion of insulating paper in the slots of appropriate size and rewinding with supper enameled copper wire ISI marked with existing size and varnishing with two coats of insulating varnish including all winding materials for 3 phase 415 volts 50 HZ 1500RPM of any make and model complete reinstallation of motor at site upto the entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for the following capacity :- Note :- (i) Any adjustment in the pump set if required. The same shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra payment. (ii) Any damage to the pump set occurs due to improper installation of motor contractor shall be liable for repair.

Taking up defective submersible pump sets complete with motor through 50/40mm GI pipe of about 20 Nos of 3 metre length each or as per site requirement , for replacing of defective pump parts such as pump coupling, bush and PVC impellors with new one including overhauling/rewinding at authorized workshop of manufacturer and fixing back the same in the tube well through 50/40mm dia GI pipe, testing, commissioning for satisfactory performance as per manufacturers instructions all as required costs of required for machining including load testing for stipulated period to entire satisfaction of Engr in charge are deemed to be included in quoted rate.

Supply and fix in repair spares for submersible pump sets of capacity 3 HP make KSB CORA 100, all as specified and directed by Enge-in-charge.

Opening the complete motor and removing the complete burnt out winding wire of the stator of the motor removed under sl item No 19 herein before, cleaning the stator with cleaning element, preparing the surface and rewinding with super enameled copper winding wire of pre existing gauge of approved quality by Engineer in charge, filling the slot with insulating material like fiber sleeves, tapes according to classification of motor, varnishing, heating, etc; and reassemble after repairs including testing and commissioning for rated RPM for the following motors complete all as specified and directed by Enge-in-charge and as per manufacturers instructions:- (a) Electric motor 3 HP to 5 HP capacity of submersible pump sets KSB CORA 100.
