Integration with Microsoft Exchange 2007, 2010, 2013, 2016, 2019 and 2021 as well as Office 365 for convenient scheduling right from Outlook. The same shall be integrated with existing webmail (Zimbra / Outlook/ other email platform) service at DAE. On Demand Reservation shall be possible through Touch panel, computer, or any smartphone or tablet that connects to Microsoft Exchange, Office 365, Google Calendar, and College NET 25Live or equivalent.

Video Conferencing system : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following video conferencing system components as per technical specification & instructions of EIC. Note : 1) The Video Conferencing system shall be inclusive of the required software licenses required for achieving the functionality as per technical specifications. The licenses shall be perpetual i.e the validity shall be lifelong. 2) The VC system shall be capable of integrating soft VC platform through IGMP switch (AVoIP) ,using the camera and microphones considered for hardware codec based VC system.

Modular video conferencing system comprising of Full HD (1080p) VC Codec compatible with H.264 AVC, H.264 high profile, H.265 video compression format, suitable for at least 1 remote party call on IP and shall be integrated and work with existing MCU (embedded in existing Polycom RealPresence Group 700) and shall support standard H.323 calling. The VC codec shall have adequate numbers of HDCI/ HDMI/USB inputs and adequate number of HDMI, 1x 3.5 mm stereo line-in outputs along with 8” or more interactive touch Panel with compliance cables . The VC codec shall be suitable to meet all technical requirements specified in tender document. Note: The VC Codec shall be without inbuilt camera & mic. It shall be suitable for integration with external camera (as per item no. 1.2 below) and necessary interface devices (as per item no. 1.3 below) for integrating with camera shall be provided.

Supply, Installation, testing and commissioning of 4K@30fps & Full HD7414 1080p @ 60fps PTZ video conferencing Camera with minimum 30X Optical Zoom & FoV of minimum 68 deg. Camera shall support simultaneous outputs through Ethernet, HDMI, Extender to support VC unit (3G-SDI), Audio In and can be controlled via RS232 & 422 In & Out & IP.Panning angle -170° ~ +170°, Tilting angle -30° ~ +90° . The tilting and panning speed of camera should be minimum 300° per second. Camera shall support SRT, FreeD Protocol, PoE and Virtual USB Driver and shall be NDI compatible. The Camera shall be CE, FCC, RoHS & BIS Certified, or meet any relevant Indian standards with accompanying test reports. camera extender unit and mounting bracket, all power and signal cable shall be included in the given item.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of Transmitter Receiver Pair for interconnecting Camera with harware codec. Supported distance between TX & RX shall be upto 100mts using single cat 6 cable. Power shall be provided at receiver end. The camera shall powered from the transmitter which in turn receives power from the reciever through same cat 6 cable used for transmitting audio and video signal. 1 mtr length of HDCP Cable and HDCI cable compatible with VC codec shall be provided at the receiver end and the same shall run along with SCT Mini HDCI cable to be included with both the TX RX pair., 1 ft length of Mini HDCI cable shall be provided at the camera end.

Audio reinforcement and Conferencing system : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following audio reinforcement and conferencing system, components as per technical specification & instructions of EIC.

PoE powered 600 mm X 600 mm Ceiling array microphone, mounted flush with the false ceiling. Arrayed microphone shall have beamforming technology with adjustable detection threshold for automatically focusing and following the speaker in the room all the time, live monitoring of the horizontal and vertical angle of the position shall be possible in real time via control software. Microphone shall be connected via analogue/digital DANTE™/AES 67 audio and shall be monitered and configurable from anywhere in the network. Adjustment of group as well individual microphone shall be possible. Control System & accessories : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of following control system components & accessories as per technical specification & instructions of EIC. Note: 1) The scope includes necessary integration license for the touch controller.

Integrated Controller to control all AV equipments & interface with any (IOS/Android) wireless or wired touch panel etc shall have minimum 8 bidirectional RS232, 8 IR, 8 Relays and 8 GP/IO and 1 Ethernet port to control all the devices in the room. Control system shall have inbuilt or external IR sensor/learner to learn IR commands, inbuilt processing power and internal storage to store and process the control program. Control system shall have flexiblity to add as many user interfaces as required at later date. Provision shall be provided for additing extra ports if required in future. 3 kVA double conversion (online) rack mountable UPS with single phase input and single phase output configuration with min. 15 minutes battery backup at 100% load using inbuilt sealed maintenance free batteries, flexible chord with plug in existing network rack as per instructions of EIC.

Table access Cable cubby with 2no. 6A multistandard power universal AC power outlet and AV connectivity comprising of 1 no. HDMI, 1 no. USB port and 2 no. RJ 45 complete with blank plates, labels and required accessories. The cables shall be pass through type. Note: The scope includes cutting of existing wood/ply board /detachable ply on table for mounting cable cubby & providing cable worm with partition space from floor mounted junction box to cable cubby and drilling holes in the floor junction boxes with cable groumets for vertical take off of cables. The scope includes required AV cabling from AV device to Cable cubby. The USB port shall have interface for camera and microphone system to be used in Laptop for soft VC platform.

Supply, Installation of 19-25mm flexible corrugated PVC reinforced conduits with accessories as per instruction of E.I.C.

Safely disconnection of AV and power connections to existing displays, AV equipments in room and AV racks, dismantalling and safe storage of AV equipments, AV Racks, pulling back and removal of AV cables & storage in neat bundles etc. and finally installing all the components at some other location as per instructions of EIC.

Supply and installation of 9mm thick polyester acoustic sheets cut to required sizes and pasted on wooden panels using suitable glue as per instructions of EIC.

Supply, installation, testing & Commissioning of 19", 21 U floor mounted instrument rack for housing AV equipments, complete with required PDU, cooling fans, cable manager, lockable front & rear acrylic/glass doors, castor wheel base, cable entry from top and bottom, 1000mm deep, 800 mm wide and other standard accessories etc. as per instructions of EIC.

Blank PVC Casing & Capping : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 25 x 16 mm ISI marked white / Ivory PVC casing-capping, with double locking with its all accessories on surface of slab/wall/column fixed with nylon plug, with counter sunk tinned brass wood screws etc. complete with all accessories like junction boxes, coupler, elbow , Tees, PVC clamps, etc. as required at site & as per instructions of EIC. The casing capping shall be painted to match colour of ceiling/ wall panel etc.

PVC trunking system : Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 80 x 50 mm PVC trunking with flexible cover of 65mm width of M/s Legrand make, suitable for mounting on wall/ underside of Conference table as per following & instructions of EIC . Note: All the accessories like Internal, Flat & external angles, VDI accessories for internal, Flat & external angles, end caps, joint covers, cable tie base etc. suitable for 80 x 50 mm PVC trunking shall be included in the scope of work.

Over/above floor raceway: Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of min. 75 mm width metal floor raceway with compartments and accessories like end joints, T-joints, Junction box, elbow joints, cover, wall feed box etc suitable for installation above floor as per instructions of EIC.
