Provision for lowering down temple artifacts fragment and member in a suitable place about 10mt away from the site with special T&P as chain pulley block and tripod. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Provision for sorting out serviceable architectural fragment and artifacts after cleaning the stones in layer wise and direction wise for resetting the stones (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Provision for carrying stone artifacts and fragments about 10mt by special T&P as chain pulley block near temples for resetting the stone. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Provision for washing and cleaning the stone artifacts with water an surf with soap with nylon of plastic brush very carefully (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Resetting of lowered down structural members of temples stone pillars slabs roofs and other parts of temples very carefully with 30% new and 70% old stone including chiseling, dressing and carving the stone and fixing layers wise with S.S. clamps, lead and 5% lime mortar in 1:1:1 (lime, Surkhi, Sand) mixed etc complete work. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Taken out stone slab floor of 10-12cm thick flooring including resetting of dismantled stone slab of 10-12 cm thick stone slab flooring with 50 % old and 50% New stone slab over prepaid lime concrete base including recessed pointing with 1:1:1 (Lime, Sand, Surkhi,) including all material labor T&P etc. complete work. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Excavation for making foundation / subbase for flooring and throwing of malwa and debries from the site complete work with surface levelling etc (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and laying of lime concrete in ratio of 1:1:1:4 (Lime, Surkhi, Sand and 4, 20 to 25mm thick metal) including ramming and beating with split bamboo and then thapies till surface hardened complete work. (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Providing and fixing of stone slab of 10-12cm thick flooring with 100% New stone slab over prepaid lime concrete base including recessed Pointing with 1:1:1 (Lime, Sand, Surkhi,) including all material labor T&P etc. complete work. Retaining wall with Plan heavey size Stone masonry work with 90% New and 10% Old stones with fine dressing and chiseling the sand stones and minor molding in plate form wall and including clamping with S.S. rod/ flate and lead and including 5% Lime mortar in 1:1:1 (Lime, Surkhi, sand) and adhesive including all material labor T&P etc. complete work. Plan Ashlar stone masonry work with 80% New and 20% Old stones collection with fine dressing and chiseling the sand stones and minor molding in plate form wall and including clamping with S.S. clamps and lead and including 5% Lime mortar in 1:1:1 (Lime, Surkhi, sand) and adhesive including all material labor T&P etc. complete work. Earth work in surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm in depth but exceeding1.5 m in widthas well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth upto 50and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in- Charge: (This provision is inclusive of GST hence no GST Amount is to be quoted by the Bidder)

Mending jointing and clamping the original broken pieces of stones beams slabs, roofs and other architectural fragments with 10 to 20mm dia S.S. Rods, and clamps and epoxy resin, stone dust including drilling threading and providing additional support to members during execution of work.
