Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry, built in lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles built in cement mortar complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid, bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Brick work with flyash bricks old size, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Brick work with flyash bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls, built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings, etc. n exc 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) as in surface channel, coping etc. and removing debris and rubbish out of the premises complete all as specified & directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channels and drains, etc.

Extra for forming fair finished of drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, including forms, moulds, mitred/stopped

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on brick or concrete surfaces of wall finished even & smooth complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (reinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Precast Reinforced Cement Concete 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix) Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in cover slabs (for man holes, etc.) set in Cement Mortar (1:4) including necessary form, mould work, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Mild steel TMT bars (fe 500D) 10 mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of old painted plastered surfaces and applying one coat synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for Preparation of new or previously untreated plastered surfaces of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not other wise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of newly plastered wall surfaces and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer for laying floor finishes in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in hard/dense soil each n exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, compete all as spd & directed

S&F 4mm dia galvanised steel wire, 75 mm x 75 mm mesh, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position including closing after filling.

S & F Rolled mild steel Fe 290(Grde-E-165) as in angle iron post with swan neck (horn) and strut or flat iron in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed , drilling holes, notching for wire etc including necessary drilling , bolting or welding/rivetinge etc complete all as spd & directed

Galvanised. 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails strain- ing bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured).

Mild steel round bars Fe-410-W (Gde.E-250) quality-A or Fe 290 (Gde - E-165) 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, exc 10 cm and n.exc 15cm long with dia of the neck 5 to 10mm complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparing new steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer.

Providing reinforced cement concrete (nominal mix) type B-I, 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate) in precast posts, fencing posts, straining or terminal posts, struts etc. for fencing, average sectional area exc 100 sq. cm but n. exc 250 sq. cm, with or without chamfered angles and flat, splayed, rounded or mitred topes as directed and fixed.

M&L for one coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on old steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Providing and fixing concertina spiral coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia and 6 m max openable length, upto 3 m height of wall with angle iron Y shaped or as described with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips/ GI Cotter Pin to retain horizontal, incl necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engr - in - Charge, with reinforced barbed wire tape (RBT)/spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of tensile strength of 165 kg /sqmm with tape (0.52mm thick) and weight 43.47gm/m complete all as specified and as directed. Note : barbed wire shall be measured separately.
