Installation of Vertical Bored cast in situ RCC piles in all types of soils using Design Mix concrete of M-30 grade with sulphate resistant cement, fine aggregate, 20 mm and down graded HBGS jelly coarse aggregate. The rate included cost of reinforcing steel, binding wire, fabrication, welding charges, placing of reinforcement cage in bore hole in correct position, cost of boring to the required depth with bentonite solution with temporary casing of required length, conveyance of RMC to site and pouring concrete using Tremine pipes, conveyance of all materials to the site including all tools and plants, shifting the plants and equipments from one point to another, excavation of mud pits for circulation Bentonite solution, closing the mud pits to original level and mud removal with initial lead and lift but including dismantling the concrete above the cut off level etc complete as directed by the departmental officers including socketing. The reinforcement cage should be welded properly for lifting. The concrete cubes to be tested as per IS 456 - 2000. Acceptance criteria by clause 16.1. frequency of testing should be as per clause 15.2.2. the length of pile for payment shall be measured up to natural ground level. The work should be carried out as per IS 2911. Pile depth should be decided by the departmental officer at site. a) 500mm dia Pile having longitudinal main reinforcement of 10 nos.16mm dia with helical reinforcement at 8mm dia at 200mm c/c with inner rings of 12mm dia @ 1000mm c/c with lifting hook of 12mm dia at required length.

Installation Charges inclusive of transportation to site and assembling the Bored Pile equipment employed for the works including setting up pile boring equipments with all accessories and tools at each of the pile location based on the sequence of operation approved by the departmental Engineers, in respect of the location and distance involved in movement of pile boring equipment for all sizes of piles and dismantling the bored pile equipment etc. complete as directed by the Departmental Officers.

Initial load test as per IS 2911 part IV 1985 (250% of pile capacity labour, reinforcement charges and all other incidential charges including excavation, shoring, strutting dewatering etc., as necessary hire charges for jacks, measuring devices, structural frame work for plot form kent ledges etc., required and providing pile cap etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers.

Routine load test as per IS 2911 part IV 1985 (150% of pile capacity) including labour charges and all other incidential charges including hire charges for jacks , measuring devices , structural frame work for plot form,kent ledges etc., as required and as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete.

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the surplus earth within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers with an initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation, basement, etc with filling Crushed Stone Sand (M-sand) and in layers of not more than 15cm thick well watered, rammed and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Refilling in basement with excavated earth other than M-Sand with an initial head load of 100 mts. and depositing the earth as shown by the departmental officers in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, watered and consolidated etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling of gravel by lorry in basement filling including stacking for premeasurement, conveyance, loading and unloading charges and all other incidential charges and including filling laying watering and consolidating etc., complete as directed by the departmental officers and complying with standard specifications.

Cement Concrete 1:5:10 (One Cement, Five M-sand and Ten hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Labour charges for preparing the areas for treatment spraying chemicals and other incidential charges etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of giving anti-termite treatment to the building for the following four stages including breaking the termite mounds making holes with crow bars at an intervel of 12"to a depth of 8" in the periphery of building and pouring chemicals etc., complete as per ISI 6313-1981 and. The antitermite chemicals used should have 0.5% concentration with 3L solution for the entire operation etc. as directed by the Engineer incharge and including cost of chemicals labour transportion etc, Stage:1 Spraying Anti-termite treatement chemicals solution for the foundation before laying the foundation concrete bottom and sides of the foundation. Stage:2 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution to the grade beams level spraying has to be done for the grade beams brick masonry in the superstructure in contact with back fill earth. Stage:3 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution on sand for the flooring before laying the flooring concrete. The treatment has to be carried out on the sand filling the basement after leveling operation is over. Stage:4 Spraying anti-termite chemicals solution around the building outside of the building by making crow bar holes at an intervel of 12" to a depth of 8" around the building before laying the plinth projection. This holes has to be be closed after the treatment.

Supplying and erecting steel centering including necessary supports for plane surfaces for Reinforced Cement Concrete works such as column footings, column pedestals, plinth beams, grade beams, staircase steps, etc. which require only nominal strutting using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding, laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm spaced at about 75cm centre to centre or at suitable intervals etc. complete in all floors complying with standard specifcation. (Payment for centering shall be given after the concrete is laid)

Supplying and erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29 M height for plane surfaces as detailed below in all floors with all cross bracings using Mild Steel sheets of size 90 x 60 cm and 10 BG stiffened with welded Mild Steel angle of size 25mm x 25mm x 3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists of size 10cm x 6.50 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13 cm dia spaced at not more than 75 cm centre to centre etc. complete complying with the standard specificaiton. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials).

Flooring with Self Designed Colour Ceramic Tiles of size 305 x 305 x 6 mm laid over 20 mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M-Sand) base mortar over the existing slab / floor including cutting the tiles to the required size with special cutter wherever necessary, laying in position and pointing with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.3 Kg. / sq.m. etc., complete complying with standard specification. Paving the Top of roof with Solar Reflective ceramic tiles (Required design) of 305x305x7mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar 1:3 (One cement and three M-sand) 12mm thick and pointed with tile grout (Nitotile Grout or equivalent) and cement in the ratio of 1:3 for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works)

Supplying and fixing in position best approved of BIS quality PVC rain water down fall pipes having a pressure of 4 kg/sq.cm including cost of necessry PVC shoe, PVC bend, cast iron gratings of required diameter and special clamps, brass screws, nails, etc., and fixing of cast iron gratings at junction of parapet and the RCC roof slab including finishing neatly etc., complete. The rate shall be inclusive of cast of removable cast iron grating. The PVC pipe shall be fixed in wall with special type of "U" clamp at the centre of the pipe line in addition to those for more than 3 metre pipe length, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three M-Sand) 12mm thick mixed with Bonding agent Cebex112, Zydex -Zycrete 2X or other Equivalent compound conforming to BIS at 200ml of One cement bag (50kg) for increased workability and air entrainment used finishing in all floors including curing etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers..

White washing two coats with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting two coats of newly plastered wall surface with ready mixed Plastic emulsion paint of first class quality and of approved colour over a priming coat including thorough scrapping, clean removal of dirt, and including necessary plaster of paris putty, wherever required etc., complete complying with standard specification.

(The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Painting new iron works such as steel doors, windows, ventilators, window bars, balustrades etc., with two coats of best approved first quality and colour of synthetic enamel paint over the existing red oxide priming coat in all floors excluding cost of priming coat etc., complete complying with standard specification. (The make, quality and colour of paint should be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use on works.)

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick at required locations to a height of 900mm from finished floor level welded to 38mm dia Stainless Steel pipe post of 1.00mm thick as vertical at 900mm centre with 2 Nos. of 25mm dia intermediate horizontal stainless steel pipe of 1.60mm thick in between.The vertical pipe has to be welded to the 100 X 100 X 6mm MS base plate encased in the base concrete. The rate is inclusive of the charges for cutting, bending, welding, grinding, polishing, conveyance, electrical charges, etc.complete

Manufacturing, Supplying and Fixing of Stainless Steel Hand rails for staircase near wet riser using 50mm dia 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 1.60mm thick will be provided with tubular supports made of 304L Grade Stainless Steel pipe of 25mm dia of 1.60mm thick welded to the railing. The supports will be grouted into the wall and provided with 93.00mm thick Stainless Steel circular base plate of 304 Grade. The rate shall included for grouting into concrete with necessary supporting arrangements the hand rail in floor polishing buffing, bonding, cutting, grinding, conveyance, welding charges, electrical charges, etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and fixing inposition Stainless Steel (Salem Stainless Steel) Door Frame (Box Section using Stainless Steel Plate of 1.6mm thick) of size 100mm x 60mm with a rebate of 30 / 35mm x 15mm on one side of the frame including supplying and fixing dovetail splayed end stainless steel hold fast etc., etc.The door frame inner shall be packed with CC 1:2:4 using 12mm gauge HBG stone jelly including fixing the door frames inposition and dismantling the masonry and concrete wherever necessary and redoing the same original condition after fixing including scaffolding charges and labour charges and door frame will be given one coat of Red Oxide primer etc. Complete complying with standard specification The rate shall inclusive of all materials, labour, transportation, loading, unloading, handling, charges etc. The sample of materials should be got approved by the Excutive Engineer before use on works.

Supplying and fixing of MDF Door shutter, Medium density fibre board of exterior grade both side prelaminated including external lipped with kiln dried soft wood 35mm thick conforming to I.S.12406\1989 with 35x12mm T.W. lipping on all edges with necessary adhesive and C.P.Screws, including fixing of aldrops, tower bolts, hinges and lock strike plates, putty, fevical, varnish, for T.W. lipping thinner colouring agent etc, and aluminium anodised 125mm size hinges 3 nos best quality of aluminium anodised fittings of 200 mm, tower bolt 1 no 150mm tower bolts 1 nos, 250mm aldrops 16mm dia rod 1 no 125mm long handle 2 nos 40mm dia nylon bush 1no, door stoper 1 No shall be provided. Supplying and fixing Medium density fibre board door of exterior grade both side prelaminated including external lipped with kiln dried soft wood 35mm thick shutter conforming to I.S. 12406/1989 with external teak wood lipping of size 35x12mm on all edges with necessry adhesive and C.P. Screws, including fixing for aldrop, tower bolt, hinges and lock strike plates, putty, fevical, painting the teak wood lipping etc., and including the cost of alumnium hinges 125x30mm size - 6 Nos. aluminium aldrop of size - 250x16mm 1No , Aluminium tower bolt of size 250x12mm -2 No , tower bolt of size 200x12mm -1 No, D type aluminium handle of size 200mm -2 No , aluminuim door stopper with Nylon bush - 2 No . shall be provided. Supplying and fixing Teakwood Entrance Door with a size 5.40m x 2.90m with Four leaves as per the design approved by the departmental officers. The outer frames are one horizontal and four verticals of size 150x100mm scantlings. Shutter frames are 100x50mm scantlings. The shutter shall have 2.40m height with two panels having 1/3 at bottom and 2/3 at top. The panels shall be 40mm thick Teakwood planks. The shutter shall have 4 leaves of equal size and openable. The top 2/3 shall be MS.grill of approved pattern and bottom 1/3 shall be teak wood planks of 40mm thick and finished with approved pattern with skilled carpenter as directed by the departmental officers. The top portion shall be covered with plain glass 8mm thick.
