Operation and maintenance of 66/11 KV MAIN RECEIVING SUB STATION NO - II, next to AGE E/M office, including Operation and maintenance of DG set 50 KVA , Operation and maintenance of 66 KV control panel, RTCC panel, DC Power pack for Realys, GOS, SF6 Breakers, Power Transformers, Distribution Transformers, 66/11 KV Transmission at MRS yard HT switch gears, round the clock in three shifts each shift of 8 hrs, including Sundays and General Holidays all as specified and directed as under : SHIFT TIMINGS :- (i) 1st Shift : 0600 hrs to 1400 hrs (Electrician-1, Helper-1) (ii) 2nd Shift : 1400 hrs to 2200 hrs (Electrician-1, Helper-1) (iii) 3rd Shift : 2200 hrs to 0600 hrs (Electrician-1, Helper-1) Details of equipments are as under :- (a) Power Transformer 8000/ 5000 KVA 66/11 KV – 3 Nos. (b) Distribution Transformer 200 KVA 11/0.433 KV – 1 No (c) DG set 50 KVA (d) Control and relay panel – 03 nos. (e) Charger with battery bank – 1 No. (f) SF6 66 KV 1250AMPS (f) SF 6 Circuit breaker 66 KV 1250 Amps (g) Control and operation of Transformer to main incoming VCB breaker including 66 KV complete. NOTE : The electrician shall be highly skilled, should have working knowledge in 66 KV yard, Relays setting operations, DC Pack up services for relay tripping . The contractor should make sure that proper settings to be done in all control relays, panels, Transformer protection functions, MRS yard 66 KV breaker and other items.

(A) HOURLY INSPECTION : To be recorded hour wise.

Check hourly Ambient Temp & Winding Oil Temp & ensure that the Temp rise is reasonable.

Load Amperes / Load Voltage, ensure that the figures are within the rated values

(B) DAILY INSPECTION : To be recorded.

Check Oil level & Oil temp in Consvervator & Transformer, Check against Transformer oil Temp.

Check Oil level in Bushing, Check the oil level from gauage glass.

Check Oil level in OLTC Conservater,

Check for Leakage of water in Radiator.

Check Relief Vent Diaphragm to be intact

Check oil level in the oil cup, Oil seal of Dehydrating breather.

(C) MONTHLY INSPECTION : To be recorded.

Check Dehydrating Breather, Check colour of the active agent.

Check for Bushing to be examined for any cracks and dirt deposits.

(D) MONTHLY /QUARTERLY : To be recorded.

Check for Cooler fan and pumps bearings, motors & operating mechanism, Lubricate bearings, check gear box, examine control and interlocks.

Check for ON Load tap changer driving mechanism, Lubricate bearings, check gear box oil level and examine contacts.

Check for ON Load tap changer Autamatic control, Check all circuits independently, check step by step operation including limit switches.

(E) HALF YEARLY : To be recorded.

Check Measurement of windings of PI Value, Compare with values at the time of commissioning

BDV & water content of oil in transformer and tap changer, Check for Dielectric strength and water content

Check Ventilators, Check that air passage are free.

Check Earth resistance.

Check oil cooler, Test for pressure.

Check for ON Load tap changer driving mechanism, Inspect all moving parts contacts brake shoes, motor etc.

Check Oil in Transformer taken out for checking, Check as per IS

Check Oil filled Bushings, Gasketted Joints, Cable end boxes, Checking for sealing arrangements for filling holes, Check for Surge Diverters and gaps, Examine for cracks & dirt deposits.

Check Relays, Alarams, their Circuits, Examine Relay and Alarm Contacts & their operation fuses, etc. Check relay accuracy etc.

Caliberation of temp Indication of OTI & WTI. Pocket holding thermometer should be checked.

Dail type oil gauge, Check pointer for freeness, Paint work should be inspected.

Providing services for Manning and operation of passenger/good lift on all working day except Sunday and General Holidays for lift all as specified and directed. Total 01 No Lift Operator Shift Timings : 0800 hrs to 0430 hrs with half and hour lunch break. Location : LIFT AT SIMEL & AVIONICS BUILDING AT ADE

(a) The tradesman shall be provided with shoes, uniform and all safety equipment as per IE rules and the unit rate quoted shall deemed to include the same.

(b) The Contractor shall provide required tools, break down register complaint book/Slip, complaint register and attendence register and wages register etc and the quoted rate is deemed to be inclusive of rate for the above items and shall be submitted as and when asked by Engr-In-Charge/Accepting Officer.

(c) The labour element for replacement/ reliever is not required and not to be included in the rate quoted by tenderer for item.

Providing services for Manning and operation of HT 11 KV/415 volts sub station for 2 shifts each of 8 hours duration sub station including operation and maintenance of Transformers, VCB, OCB, APFC PANEL, HT/LT switch gears systems, Street light control systems, HT/ LT Distribution systems, Operation of DG set as and when required etc. in the ADA PHASE II CAMPUS sub station including operation of all systems in 2 shifts all as directed by Engineer-in-charge, Shift Timings are as under : Ist shift 0600 to 1400 hrs IInd shift 1400 to 2200 hrs Shift Timings are as under : Details of equipment in the sub stations are as under : Electrician - 02 Nos ( 01. No. in First shift, 01 No. in Second Shift. ) Note : Man power for operations are not required for Sundays and General holidays also. Hence rates are not to be considered for reliver.

(g) The Contractor shall provide uniform to all the staff employed and the following ot be printed on uniform and the cost of same is deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor

Providing services for Manning and operation of HT 11 KV/415 volts sub station for 2 shifts each of 8 hours duration sub station including operation and maintenance of Transformers, VCB, OCB, APFC PANEL, HT/LT switch gears systems, Street light control systems, HT/ LT Distribution systems, Operation of DG set as and when required etc. at NIRBHAY HANGER & RUSTOM HANGER Sub stations, including operation of all systems in 2 shifts all as directed by Engineer-in-charge, Electrician - 02 Nos ( 01. No. in First shift, 01 No. in Second Shift. ) Note : Man power for operations are not required for Sundays and General holidays. Hence rates are not to be considered for since reliver is not required Details of equipment in the sub stations are shown as under : (i) Transformer 500 KVA & - 02 Nos. (ii) VCB/ RMU - 01 SET (iii) DG Set 365 KVA with AMF panel

(a) Shift Timings are as under :

Ist shift 0600 to 1400 hrs

IInd shift 1400 to 2200 hrs

(e) The items required for replacement will be issued by the department as and when required.

(f) Cost shall be deemed to be include for cleaning of HT Sub station points/complaint cells and its surroundings of areas regularly.

(g) The Contractor shall provide uniform to all the staff employed and the following ot be printed on uniform and the cost of same is deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the contractor

(j) Cleaning of substation and its surroundings including cutting / choping of tree branches & bushes all round the bldg including fence area (whenever fence area exists) all as directed.

NOTE FOR SERIAL ITEM NO 01 TO 04

(a) The contractor shall provide ITI Certificate for Tradesman with minimum experience of 4 years from reputed organisation.

(b) PF, ESI of all tradesman/Helper is required & payment should be given through Bank account only.

(c) If contractor fails to provide the tradesman/helper the recovery should be @ 1000.00 per shift.

(d) The Contractor will provide all the Documents, Register, Tools, Uniform, First Aid box etc at the duty places.

M&L Cast Iron pipe earthing for 66/11 KV, cast iron pipe of length 3 meter with 4 inch dia, material and labor complete accessories buried directly in ground vertically to a depth of not less than 2.75metre below ground level and connected to GI earth strips 32x6 mm by means of welding. GI protection pipe 40mm bore medium grade and connected to main switch/earth bus bar including Magnesium sulphate , salt and coal mixture in each layers with IS specification including necessary earth work in any type of soil and PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) earth chamber, RCC (1:2:4) type B1, cover 40mm thick with 6mm dia MS bars complete all as specified and as directed. Notes: Rate quoted is deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work, PCC pit, funnel and cover, GI strip

Supply and fix GI strips of size 32 mm x 6mm for body earthing for 66/11 KV and CTs, PTs out door including fabrication work such as bending, drilling making holes for connecting with welding works as directed including excavation and earth work and taking out the unserviceable strip complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only hand gloves HT for operating/handling sub station of 11 KV ISI Marked complete all as specified and as directed.

Cleaning of out door Sub Station by cutting and removing vegetation growth and surface leveling complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, connect, testing and commissioning maintenance free (SMF) lead acid battery, 12 Volts, 100 AH including taking down old unserviceable battery Make : EXIDE/ AMARAON

Supply & Fix Tripping coil for 11 KV 400 Amp VCB 30/110 V DC including taking out old unserviceable coil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix Closing coil for 11 KV 400 Amp VCB 30/110 V DC including taking out old unserviceable coil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & Fix spring charging motor for 11 KV VCB including taking out old unserviceable one.

Supply & laying Synthetic Insulating Mat of size 2.00 M x 1.00M x 19 mm thick

Supply & Fix of unserviceable existing make and model IDMT relay numerical non directional over current and earth fault relay with communication feature (RS 485) with full automation system type Argus, Aux voltage 110 volt DC should comprise of the following feature :- (a) Three phase over current and one earth fault (b) High set - low set (c) RS-485 with full communication system (d) Multi characteristic for both over current and earth fault Make : L&T or Equivalent.

Supply and laying Sealing Compound bitumen for arresting of holes at VCB/OCB/ SF6 Breaker panels etc

Supplying & fixing of Vaccum Interupter Bottle for the existing HT VCB for including taking out old unserviceable Vaccum Interupter Bottle complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour loose filling with graded coarse stone aggregate 20 to 40mm for out type sub Stations not exceeding 15 Cm thick all as specified directed.

M&L for painting of steel tubular 9 mtr long poles after preparing old paint surfaces with two coat of Aluminium paint and two coats of zebra marking with enamel paint from ground level & upto 1 mtr high including white washing the coping and cleaning the bushes surrounding the pole bottom upto 1 mtr width all as specified and as directed.

Removing the existing unserviceable PVC junction boxes supply and fix PVC enclosure (210 mm x 140mm x 95mm) weather, dust and, rain guarded, cable entry and exit arrangement of suitable size of housing of with 01 No MCB SP 10 Amps including nuts, bolts clamps for fixing to pole, including end termination of cables of size 25 / 35 sqmm 2 Nos in each box complete all as directed. Dismantalling of existing RCC/steel pole by breaking/ removing, Supply and fixing of Steel tubular swaged poles complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts screws and washers as specified type of 410 SP - 31 (9.00 meters long)

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6, Footing, plastering & finishing work for pole foundation for fixing of Steel tubular pole as per laid procedure including all earth work, all as specified and as directed

Supply and fixing in repairs, LED Street light fittings 180 Watts AC, 230 Volts, 50 HZ supply single phase including connection with PVC copper cable of suitable size to fitting all as specified and as directed of Make : CG, MODEL : HAWK NEO, CAT REF : LSTP -180- CDL -M or equivalent

M & L for two single core PVC insulated unsheathed , 1100 Volts grade, copper cable 1.50 sqmm multistranded conductor and drawing through and including rigid PVC non metalic surface conduit of suitable size but not less than 25mm dia with conduit accessories etc. including continuous earth wire PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 volts grade, cable 1.00 sqmm copper conductor fixed to poles with saddles and screws and all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of powder coated outdoor type compartmentalized cubicle LT Panel fabricated out of 3 mm thick CRCA sheet steel weather proof vermin proof and suitable for operation on 415 volts, 50Hz, 3 Phase 4 wire AC supply complete with gland plates, lifting hooks, ventilating louvers, bus bars, inter connections, earthing, labeling electrical interlocking, suitable for termination of cables including, supply and fixing of following switchgear and accessories in the panel. complete as required. The panel should be CPRI approved and having protection IP 65.
