Earthwork Norrow Excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed by the department officers except hard rock requring blasting including shoring, strutting and bailing ot water whereever necessary and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated soil in layers not exceeding 15cm thick, well rammed and consolidated and depositing including all intial leads and initial lifts, etc., completed complying with standard specifications and as directed by the department officers.

Supplying & fabrication of steel screw gearing shutters of assorted sizes upto 2000mm width and upto 3.00m width consists of skin plate made out of 10mm thick MS plateand horizontally stiffened with 150x75mm ISMB 150 at an interval not more than 0.50m and vertical stiffeners made out of 100x50mm mild steel channal (ISMC) at an interval not more than 0.60m and provided 10mm thich mild steel gusset plate of required size on on both sides fastened with rust free bolts and nuts etc. Conveying the fabricated shutter by using lorries including loading, unloading and leading the shutter to the vent. Fabricating, Supplying & Fixing of top beam made out of 200 x 100mm (ISMB) duly drilled to suit thehead set assembly ewith required bed bolt made out of 25mm mild steel round rod duly threaded with suitable anchorage arranrements to a height of 0.60m with necessary fish plate made out of 16mm mild steel plate of size 0.20 x 0.30m 2nos with required holes. Conveying and leading the top beam arrangements to the work site. Fixing the top beam arrangements at the top of the vent to correct position including dismantling the existing eroded top beam, conveying and stacking them at section store. Fabricating, supplying and fixing of horn type headset assembly heavy duty (approximate 150kg) consists of the bottom and top portion made up of cast iron including moulding, machining and the hexagonal nut made up of gunmetal threaded to suit the screw rod provided with thrust bearings for smooth operation. Conveying and leading the head set assembly to the work site. Fixing the head set assembly to the beam by using required rust free bolts and nuts in proper alignment including dismantlying the existing damaged head set assembly conveying and stacking them at section store.
