SITC of Automatic Bed-Cum-Passenger (20-Persons) Lift ( as per manufacturer's design & as per detailed specification below confirming to IS ) and putting into operation after final testing in the existing lift shaft complete with all accessories and repairing the damage wall / floor if any etc to complete as reqd.

Landing : 04 (Four), all on same side.

Total Rise : 9.9 Mtr (Approx) (Bidder should visit the site).

Operation: Microprocessor based simplex full collective with or without attendant.

Signals : Digital car position indicator,car travels direction indicator in car & at all landing with call registration indicator. COP & LOP must have stainless steel face plate silver brushed with surface mounted button with braille. Button : All buttons on car & landing shall be luminous & encoded with braille on/off switch for Lift, fan, light, toggle switch or key switch for automatic/attendent mode of operation. Display type: Monochrome/Colour LCD/Segmented LCD/ Scroll. Operation Push Buttom for lift maintenance & service should be on top of the car.

Leveling accuracy:±5 mm(Micro levelling arrangement )

Car Door: Stainless Steel Centre Opening Panel Door (COPD) / Side opening Telescopic automatic Sliding Panel Door (TSPD) provided with V3F controlled door drive system with fire rating of 120min.

Landing Door:- Stainless Steel Center Opening Panel Door (COPD) / Telescopic Sliding Panel Door (TSPD) synchronizing with car door with fire rating of 120min

Door Saftey: Full length Photocell assembly light curtain sensor.

PROTECTIVE DEVICES & OTHER ACESSORIES

ARD: Automatic rescue device complete with dry maintenance free batteries as required.for automatic evacuation to the nearest floor in case of power failure / single phasing/others.

Overload Protection: Fully loaded with overload protection. On overloading condition the lift car will not start with door remaining open and give audio & display indication.

Emergency lighting in car: Battery operated emergency lighting in the lift car.

Intercom system: Battery operated intercom system in Lift Car, Machine Room & Control Room

Emergency Alarm: Battery operated alarm bell system in lift car and control room

Fireman switch: Fireman switch at ground floor.

Voice Synthesizer: Voice announcement system (Voice Synthesizer) in the car to announce the position of the elevator in the hoist way as the car passes or stops at a floor served by the lift.

Available Overhead : 6200 mm (Bidder should visit the site)

Electric power supply: AC 415 Volt 3phase, 50 Hz, terminated in machine room as per IS ,

Other works: Necessary cutting of wall/floor for fixing the Fire Alarm switch , all Button switchs and also making provision to entry of rope , electri wire etc. as required to complete the job.

i) The agency must procure the materials from the manufacturer / OEM or from their authorised sales channel so that the standard warranty / support the manufacturer / OEM becomes applicable to the products to be delivered and installed by them.

ii) Documents that authenticates such procurement from the Manufacturer / OEM or from their authorized sales channel and standard warranty / support shuld be sent from the e-mail of the Manufacturer / OEM / authorized sales channel to the e-mail of Engineer-in-charge and hard copy of it to be submitted during execution,of work / submission of bill.

iii) The rate quoted by the manufacturer should be inclusive of cost for providing 2 years DLP after completion of 1 year of initial commissioning.(03 Years)

iv) Rate should be quoted with minor civil works, wall cutting and mending good the damages to the original finish.

v) If any refurbished material is supplied and installed, penal action will be taken as per existing rules.

Rates should be quoted inclusive of all taxes & duties and L.W.C. @ 1% as applicable.
