Design, Fabricate, supply and errecting connecting and testing totally enclosed LT cubicle panel board 3 Phase 4 wire system In-door type, separate compartment for each control gear, cable alley, provision of knock out type plates for various sizes of cable up to 300 Sqmm 3.5 core in and out , incoming and and copper cable 150 sqmm 6 nos for out going to motors duly marked on revited plates etc complete CPRI approved factory made fabricated out of 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly treated through 7 tank pre treatment process and painted with epoxy powder coated mat finish of SIEMENS GREY structural RAL 7032 shade colour,built in industrial type locking arrangement , and all pre wired with PVC insulated multi stranded copper conductor for controls and monitors, PVC sleeved aluminium strip for connecting MCCBs , Panel mounted on suitable MS Chanel frame and grouted in PCC 1:3:6 45 CM including taking down Old LT Panel board of any size after disconnection of all LT UG Cables and stacking carefully at site for re-connection (Location : Gouph Line Pump House) and and consisting the folowing provisions including takingdown old panel :-

(a) Bus bar copper duly insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeves and mounted on suitable size of 'F' class insulators made of non hygroscopic, non combustible, track resistant high strength FRP insulators 500 Amps for phases and neutral set of 04 for RYB &N - 01 set (b) MCCB 4 Pole 415 Volts 50 Hz 400 Amps, adjustable type of 50 KA repturing capacity - 01 Make: Legrand/Schneider Electric/L&T/SIEMENS/havells (c) Star-delta Starters fully automatic, operating on 415 Volts AC, 50 Hz, suitable for 220 HP - 01Nos centrifugal pump sets made out of Contactor ML-12 of L&T cat No SS91010 (3 nos) , MN 12 L Thermal overload rela, Saturation kit range of suitable range , Single phase preventor, timer , phase reversal protection ( Incase of phase revarsal motor will not start) , etc complete as required for proper functioning of 220 HP Motor.

Advance Maintenance Free G.I. SAFE EARTHING Electrode with PIPE of not less than 50 mm outer dia( THICKNESS NOT LESS THAN -2.5MM) and two meter length, The electrode should be of galvinised (80 -100 micron) along with earth lead as Galvanised steel strip of size 32 X6 mm 7.5 m . The GI Electrode shall be pre-filled with Cristaline Conductive Material (CCM) . The GI electrode shall be surrounded with 25 kg BackFill compound to provide maximum contact between the electrode and Back Fill Compound. Backfill compound should be eco-frendly and having RoHs certification . GI Electrode Shall be tested from CPRI.The earting pit should be cover with pcc(1:2:4 , B1) cover ,of 450 x 450 mm complete all as specified and directed including takingdown old one make ASHLOK / INDELEC/JMV /TERCEL/ jmv/ aS APPROVED BY GE.

Supply and laying in trenches on walls/ under floors/ through GI protection pipe etc, connecting and testing, LT electric Cable PC/XLPE insulated, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured power cable (heavy duty) with stranded Aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 300 sqmm 3.5 core connected and tested complete all as specified and directed including taking out old one.

M&L for replacement of PVC insulated, submersible electric cables of 10 Sqmm 4 core with stranded copper conductor, 1100 volts laid in bore well including jointing and testing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and replace column pipe heavy duty 50 mm dia 3 m long including long heavy duty sockets complete all as specified and directed
