Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of factory made, CPRI type tested, indoor cubical compartmental type Metering panel of suitable size, conforming to IEC 61439-1 & 2 and IEC 61641, having both sides openable with hinged single doors and locking arrangements, IP 43 protection, made out of 2.0 mm thick mild steel CRCA sheet, supported and fixed on structural frame of angle iron of suitable size, including earthing stud, labelling, painting to all internal and external exposed steel surfaces with powder coating paint (7 tank process), duly fixed in ground with PCC foundation (1:2:4) type B1, with danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel vitreous enamelled (white) with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour suitable for 3 phase, 4 wire system, 415 Volts with necessary wiring, PVC sheathed stranded copper conductor of appropriate length and size, including fixing lugs, bolts, screws, etc complete all as specified and directed. S&F RF based smart three phase four wire energyy meter complete as all specified and as directed with the following specifications:- (i) Smart three phase four wire energy meter BIS 16444 2015 (Reaffirmed 2020) marked with transparent enclosure having current range 10-60A, 240V accuracy class 1.0, with inbuilt 865-867 MHz Radio frequency communication facility with self healing mesh network with default and on demand display, billing date generation facility, anti-tamper features, Microprocessor and LED, LCD based circuitry. (ii) Meter should support sending the following data to the software: 15/30 min instantaneous data for voltage, current, PF, power, cumulative energy and frequency, monthly billing survey for cumulative energy and max demand. (iii) Meter should have connect/ disconnect functionality operable from prepaid billing software. (iv) Meter should support open communication protocol DLMS with the software. ROAD, PATH & CULVERT

M&L for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrows etc. and the like on roads pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour confirming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY

Provision for taking water supply connection from PMC with average capacity of 1 lacs LPD and testing, inspection of water meter, supervision and other miscelleneous charges of PMC, including excavation and earthwork, S&F required fittings like tee, flange, bend, jointing material etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying, jointing and testing centrifugally cast ductile iron pipe class: K-7 with spigot and socket, suitable for push on rubber joint, with internal cement mortar lining and external metallic coating with finishing layer of black bituminous coating pipes in any length confirming to IS:8329-2000 including rubber gasket & joints laid in trenches / road / ducts / foot path/ on wall /on floor locations for 100mm dia pipe complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, laying / jointing ductile iron fittings including rubber joint or gaskets (as per fitting requirement) such as bends (any type, radius and angle), heavy duty for spigot & socketed or flanged pipes, tapers any type, radius and angle like straight, bend, increasing, decreasing or double socket etc. Tee piece, single branch 'Y' junction double branch, collar etc. caps and plugs etc. with internal cement mortar lining and external zinc and black bitumen coated complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, install, testing, commissioning and calibration of 100mm Analog water flow meter Class 'B' all as per manufacturer design and all as directed.

S&F CI swing type non return valve 65mm dia with flanged ends confirming to IS 5312, PN 1.6 with ISI marked complete with all necessary fittings such as nuts, bolts,washers, rubber gasket for both ends etc complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F CI foot valve with Nytrile rubber ball inside complete with flanged ends 80 mm dia confirming to IS 4038, ISI marked complete with all necessary fittings such as nuts, bolts, washers, rubber gasket etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Mono block pump set suitable for 415 Volts, 3 phase, 50 Hz, two pole, suction x delivery= 80mm x 65mm for the rating 10 HP complete including channels, foundation with PCC (1:2:4) all as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick masonry valve chamber of size 1.20m × 1.20m x 1.20m (internal dimension) with 15cm thick foundation using PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) over 15cm thick hardcore, 23cm thick brick wall built in cement and sand mortar (1:4), 10mm thick internal and external plaster including top of floor in cement and sand mortar 1:3 finished even and smooth, without using extra cement, 10mm thick MS sheet cover with, 50mm x 50mm x 6mm MS angle frame embedded in PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) coping having rectangular hinged opening of size with locking arrangements & handle made out of 25cm dia MS round bar, hold fasts etc applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of synthetic enamel paint to all steel surface including excavation, refilling and earth work in any type of soil and disposal of surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50m complete all as specified.

(u) Civil Work : Necessary Civil work such as making good disturbed surface, modification to landing space to suits to car size necessary foundation to machine. (v) Control system : shall be enclosed loop type. (w) Door shall have AC-VVVF controlled close loop operated. (x) Face plate shape shall be rectangular and stainless steel with hairline finish. (y) counter weight shall be of cast iron or as recommended by OEM. (z) One number wall mounted type telephone instrument of make Crompton Greaves / Beetel /OEM own make installed inside of car cabin along with fixing arrangement and telephone cable of suitable size from car cabin to machine room run along with trailing cable. The telephone instrument shall be connected in the telephone DB installed in the machine room.

(za) One number electrically operated siren, operating voltage 240 volts having audible range of 0.5 Km of Make : KHERAJ Model No SS050 /OEM own make alongwith One Number inverter unit of suitable capacity but not less than 0.5KVA comprising of maintenance free battery connected with charging system including a separate switch/push button inside of car panel and electric wiring circuit upto the machine room. The siren shall be installed over the building at appropriate place and to be operated from inside the car. (zb) 5 W LED light Fixture (5 nos.) (zc) 250 mm sweep Fan (1 nos.) NOTE :- The contractor shall obtain necessary approval from local/state/central Government Authority and make arrangement for inspection & test required. Contractor shall submit required certificate/license from competent authority before commissioning/ handing over or as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

M&L for Galvanised iron strip of size 32 mm x 6 mm, buried in ground, complete with all accessories as specified and as directed.

(i) First Year after expiry of defect liability period (i.e for 3rd year)

(ii) Second Year after expiry of defect liability period (i.e for 4th year)

(iii) Third Year after expiry of defect liability period (i.e for 5th year)

Comprehensive maintenance and repair of Passenger lift (02 numbers) having capacity 13 passengers (884 Kgs) as installed vide BOQ item No. 23.06 complete all as specified and directed.

(i) First Year after expiry of defect liability period (i.e for 3rd year)

(ii) Second Year after expiry of defect liability period (i.e for 4th year)

(iii) Third Year after expiry of defect liability period (i.e for 5th year)
