SPL REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING OLD UNSERVICEABLE WATER PIPE LINE AT JASAI MIL STN UNDER GE ARMY BARMER

S & F in replacement tubes, medium grade (ISI marked), galvanized iron with and including all fitting (ISI marked) laid in trenches/fixed to wall/fixed on pillars etc complete all as specified and as directed of following sizes :- (a) 80 mm (3”) dia Note for Item No 01 & 02: Fixing of tubes on walls & pillars not involved.

All as per Srl item No 01 above but 50 mm (2”) dia

All as per Srl item No 01 above but 25 mm (1”) dia. Note for Item No 03 & 04: Qty of fixing of tubes on walls & pillars are very meagre.

All as per Srl item No 01 above but 20 mm (3/4”) dia

Supply and fixing in replacement gun metal gate valves with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for jointing iron pipe, non rising forged brass spindle class I complete all as specified and as directed suitable for following sizes conforming to IS 9338 (a) 50mm (2”) dia pipe

All as per Srl item No 05 above but 25 mm (1”) dia pipe.

All as per Srl item No 05 above but 20 mm (3/4”) dia pipe

Supply and fix in replacement Valves, Sluice, flanged of class 1.6 PN 80 mm (3”) dia

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth for foundation or laying/taking out existing pipe etc and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in , including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L in replacement for Constn of brick masonry valve Pit of size 50x 50 x 75 cm (internal dimension) including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet and frame angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work, excavation etc. 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type P-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate as in foundation brick work in CM 1:4 all as directed and indicated

M&L in replacement for Constn of brick masonry valve Pit of size 1050 x 750 x 1000 mm ( internal dimension) including MS sheet cover fabricated from 3 mm thick MS sheet and frame angle iron 40 mm x 40 mm x 6 mm with fixing arrangement, hinges and locking arrangement and painting two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including necessary earth work 150 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type P-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate as in foundation brick work in CM 1:4 all as directed and indicated

M&L in repairs for making connection of 80mm GI pipe line from existing 150mm CI/DI pipe line by cutting/ tapping/ drilling of bore of suitable size including Rubber sheet, clamps, nut bolts etc. and checking of flow complete all as directed and specified. Note: Excavation, earthwork including returning & filling etc shall be measured & paid separately under appropriate items of BOQ, catered here in before.
