Rendering 10 mm thick in CM (1:3) using water proofing compound as per manufacturer instructions as in roof padding and chajjas complete all as specified. Note : Water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately.

Disconnecting and removing fan of any sweep any height from electrical connection bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly examine and replacement of split pins/ cotter pins and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating , reassembling, refixing in original position with new down rod and clamp complete all as specified.

Rewinding of burnt ceiling fan of 1200 / 1400mm sweep of any make and model with supper enameled copper wire of suitable size and using insulating material of good quality, varnishing complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and lay PCC cable covers for LT cable protection, Class LV, Type 1 of size 250x150x40mm

Supply and fixing medium grade GI tubing of 50 mm dia for XLPE cable protection complete all as specified and as directed

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth wire 4 mm dia drawn through and including GI protection pipe of light grade 15 mm bore by means of bolts, nuts, checknuts and washers all as shown in Electrical Plate No.3 of SSR Part-I and connected to main switch board including excavation and earth work, PCC chamber in 1:3:6, RCC Cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 8 mm dia MS bars at 10 cm c/c, 20 mm dia medium grade GI pipe with funnel and wire mesh complete and watering arrangement all as specified. (Note: GI pipe 15mm dia, GI wire 4mm dia upto 7.5m deemed to be included in quoted rate.)
