4.2.2 Providing and laying cement concrete in retaining walls, return walls, walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, columns, piers, abutments, pillars, posts, struts, buttresses, string or lacing courses, parapets, coping,bed blocks, anchor blocks, plain window sills, fillets, sunken floor etc. upto floor five level,excluding the cost of centering , shuttering and finishing - 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size).

10.25.2 Steel work welded in built up sections / framed work , including cutting,hoisting,fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required - in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladder, railings, brackets,gates and similar works.

12.72 Providing and fixing false ceiling works using superior fire rated gypsum board of 12.5mm thick mounted on GI frame work with ceiling section of size 80x 26x0.55x3660 mm spacing at 600 mm c/c suspended from ceiling using hanger rods at 1200 mm c/c with screw to level and line and applying one coat of primer, two coats of putty followed by and reflective paint in front of the stage area to the required shape and size, incluidng scaffolding etc.complete - upto 6.5m height.

12.80 Providing and fixing colour coated galvalume sheet of 550 M.P.A yield of AZ 150 strength formed as per patterned steel rib profile with the depth of 31mm pitch of 250mm and overall width of 1060mm and thickness 0.5mm with required J or C hook bolts and nets 8mm dia G.S paint and working etc., complete excluding the cost of purlin , rafter and truss etc.

13.9.2 cement plaster 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) finished with a floating coat of neatcement - 20mm cement plaster.

13.48.1 Finishing with deluxe multi surface paint system for interiors and exteriors using primer as per manufacture's specification - Two or more coats applied on walls @ 1.25 ltr / 10 sqm over and including one coat of special primer applied @ 0.75 ltr / 10 sqm.

13.48.3 Painting steel work with deluxe multisurface paint to give an even shade. Two or more coat applied @ 0.90 ltr / 10 sqm over an under coat of primer applied @ 0.80 ltr / 10 sqm of approved brand and manufacture.

14.1.1 Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq.metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape, raking out joints and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead - with cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4fine sand).

14.43 Removing white or colour wash by scrapping and sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scrarches etc.complete.

14.54.1 Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade - One or more coats on old work.

15.28.2 Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of - Asbestos sheet.

15.41 Dismantling cement asbestos or other hard board ceiling or partion walls including stacking of serviceable materials and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

17.19.1 Providng and fixing controlled flush , low level cistern made of vitreous china with all fittings complete - 10 litre (full flush) capacity –white.

17.20.1 Providing and fixing solid plastic seat with lid for pedestal type W.C. pan complete - white solid plastic seat with lid.

17.28.1.1 Providing and fixing PVC waste pipe for sink or wash basin including PVC waste fittings complete - Semi rigid pipe - 32mm dia.

18.7.2 Providing and fixing Chlorinated Polyvinnyl Chloride (CPVC) pipes, having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply, including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings including fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing.This includes jointing of pipes & fittings with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete - internal work - exposed on wall - 20 mm nominal outer dia pipes.

18.7.3 Providing and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete. (Internal work exposed on wall) - 25mm nominal outer dia pipes.

18.7.4 Providing and fixing chlorinated polyvinyl chloride (CPVC) pipes having thermal stability for hot & cold water supply including all CPVC plain & brass threaded fittings i/c fixing the pipe with clamps at 1.00m spacing. This includes jointing of pipes & fitting with one step CPVC solvent cement and testing of joints complete. (Internal work exposed on wall) - 32mm nominal outer dia pipes.

18.48A Providing and placing on terrace (at all floor levels) polyethylene water storage tank ISI: 12701 marked with cover and suitable locking arrangement and making necessary holes for inlet outlet and overflow pipes but without fittings and the base support for tank-circular tank.

19.33.2 Providing and fixing on wall/column face unplasticised - PVC soil and waste pipes (type B) conforming to IS:13592 - 1992 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - single socketed pipes 75mm diameter.

19.33.2C Providing and fixing on wall face / column face unplasticised - PVC moulded fittings / accessories for unplasticisd - PVC soil and waste pipes conforming to IS:14735 - 1999 including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382 leaving 10mm gap for thermal expansion - bend 75mm.

22.20.1 Providing and laying APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer 3 mm thick water proofing membrane , black finished reinforced with non - woven polyester matt consisting of a coat of bitumen primer for bitumen membrane @ 0.40 litre / sqm by the same membrane manufacture of density at 25 degree C, 0.87 -0.89 kg / litre and viscocity 70-160 cps. Over the primer coat the layer of membrane shall be laid using Butane torch and sealing all joints etc., and preparing the surface complete. The vital physical and chemical parametres of the membrane shall be as under: Joint strength in longitudinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5 cm. Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250N . Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C . Cold flexibility shall be upto- 2 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM, D-5147. The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of the manufacturer of membrane - 3 mm thick
