Providing & laying tack coat with bitumen bitumen VG-10 @0.30 kg/sqm with all complition.

Supplying and laying dence graded bituminous macadam (DGBM) with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crused aggregates from approved quarry of spesified grading premixed with bituminous binder (VG-30) @ 4.5% by weight of total mix and filler, transporing the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher to the reqired grade , level and alingment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rolling to achive the desiered compaction (Ref.to Mort&H Specification No 507) Adjustment for bitumen shall be done as per job mix formula and e-in-c latter No 2651 Dt 27-07-12 total mix considering 2.3 Tone/cum density with all complition.

Providing and laying bituminous concrete with 100-120 TPH hot batch type HMP producing an average with output of 75 tone per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 grade @ 5.4 per cent of mix and filler transporting the hot mix to work site , laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the requird grade lavel and aligment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratry and tendem rollers to achieve the desired compaction.(Ref.to Mort&H Specification No 509 grading-II 13 mm) 2.3 Tone/cum density with all complition.

Providing & laying of hot applied thermoplastic compound 2.5 mm thick including reflectorising glass beads @ 250 gms /sq.mt. area . Thickness of 2.5 mm inclusive of surface applied glass beads as per I.R.C uniform and free from steaks and holes
