Carriage of 9 Mtrs. long PCC pole from 132 KV Store Center Mathura to site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-70 Kms.)

Carriage of 9/11 Mtrs. long ST pole from 132 KV Store Center Mathura to site of work through the Kacha and Pakka road including the work of its loading and unloading at the respective ends including the cost of arrangement of labour, T&P, carrier etc. required for proper completion of work.(Distance 00-70 Kms.)

Carriage of Line material i.e. conductor, G.I. wire TPMO stay rod, disc insulator, cross arm, Angle channel and other required material from Store Center at 132 KV substation Mathura to the site of work including loading and unloading of material at both ends.

Erection of single pole structure on 9 Mtrs long PCC Pole including fitting of all relevant accessories as per RESPO norms.

Erection of single pole structure on 9/11 Mtrs long ST Pole including fitting of all relevant accessories as per RESPO norms.

Installation of stay set with grouting and nuzzling etc. as per RESPO drawing along with all routine material to be used for such works.

Replacement of 33 KV Damaged Cross Arms

Resagging of line conductor (ACSR Dog) at different places in line, by way of opening of conductor from insulators, resagging of conductor and its rebinding with insulators. The work includes cost of labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

Chopping of Tree branches to Clear the 33 KV line route to give 02 meter horizontal and vertical clearance to the line including cost of labour T&P etc.

Resetting of Damaged/Burnt jumpers by its opening and rebinding after setting and replacing conductor as per requirement at different place in the line. The work includes cost of labour, T&P etc. for proper completion of work.

Straightning of Single Pole structure at different place in line by opening of line conductor, jumpers, disc fittings, cross angles, clearing the ground in root of pole, applying suitable supports of wire/rope etc in desired direction, stays etc. then digging the earth pit around the supports, then its staraighting and filling the pit using cement, sand and stone ballast in 1:3:6 ratio. Laying of conductor, its binding with insulators and fixing associated accessories.

Straightning of Doubel Pole structure at different place in line by opening of line conductor, jumpers, disc fittings, cross angles, clearing the ground in root of pole, applying suitable supports of wire/rope etc in desired direction, stays etc. then digging the earth pit around the supports, then its staraighting and filling the pit using cement, sand and stone ballast in 1:3:6 ratio. Laying of conductor, its binding with insulators and fixing associated accessories.

Re-nuzzling of old stay set by opening old binding for better straightening of pole and re-sag the existing conductor of H.T/L.T line properly as per direction of supervising engineer.

Guarding of 33 KV line by laying two nos. GI wire parallel and fixing of lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtrs. As per direction of supervising engineer/RESPO manual. It includes the cost of labour T&P carriage etc required for proper completion.

Re-sagging of 33 KV Guarding to proper alignment of two nos. GI wire parallel and lacings (tilli) at a distance at 2-3 mtrs. As per direction of supervising engineer/RESPO manual. It includes the cost of labour T&P carriage etc required for proper completion.

Repairing of 33 KV STP Single Pole structure by way of welding of 4 Nos. MS Angle of size 50x50x6mm, 700 mm long pieces and providing ring made of 50x6mm MS Strip at both ends of angles duly welded with poles for strengthening of bottom of rotten/damaged poles and thereafter grouting of pole with cement, the making pole plinth in sand and brick ballast in ratio of 1:4:8 as per RESSPO schedule.
