M & L for carry out water quality anyalsis for bacterial ,chemical and biological analysis including for collection of water samples from the Tube well and testing from Govt approved testing laboratory , submitting of report from minium following parameters. (a) Turbudity (NTU) (b) pH (c) Total Hardness as CsCO2(mg/l) (e) Iron as Fe(mg/l) (f)Magnesium as Mg (mg/l) (g) E-coli or thermotolerantcoliform bacteria (h) from any NABL accredited lab.Notes: 1. Saperate water samples should be collected &tested from borewell. 2. No payment shall be made to contractortill submission of water test every two month report for the watersamples of pump house all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 3 core copper submersible flat cable 10 Sqmm size, 1100 volts gradeIncluding taking down unserviceable burnt cable all as directed and specified by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down old unserviceable and Supply and Fixing Submersible pump ,electric driven 415 volt 5 HP ,75 mtr head 180 LPM ,50 mm outlet including lowering by manpower and mechanical equipment complete all as secified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of NON return valve 80 mm bore class PN - 1.6 with flanged including jointing materials,rubber gasket suitable size nut bolts and washer etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only (Calcium based granular disinfectant for chlorination for water treatment, in Bbsr under AGE E/M GOS, GE (I) GOS in plastic drums fof 45 kg/each drum.

Supply only alum crystal for water sedimentation complete all as specified and approved by GE.

Cleaning of over head water storage tank of capacity 20000 gallons by dewatering existing water and removing all dirt silt vegetation formation on side walls/staire inside and bottom cleaning with wire brush to remove settled materials and cleaning with clean water and applying lime washing two coats inside the tank including re-writing the date of cleaning capacity of the tank/sump with synthetic enamel white paint on black base complete (ii) Cleaning the surrounding area of the reservior to a distance of 2 mtrs circumferance including cutting of grass digging out roots filling holes and levelling around and removing waster materials to a distance not exceeding 20 mtrs complete and all as directed.

All as per item No 7 above but of capacity 10000 gallons UG sump complete all as specified and directed

Flushing the bore well for flushing of silt, fine sand etc by air compressor of suitable capacity and pumping out turbidity till obtaining clear water all as directed and as per site requirement.

S&F foot valve 50/63 mm dia CI/GI with complete fittings including taking out old unsv complete all as specified and directed.
