Taking down carefully of electric water heater (geysers) of 25 Ltr capacity of any make from the existing location by own arrangement of contractor for maintenance,painting, repair and replacement of defective parts of water heater and refixing its own location complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: Any defective parts of water heater shall be measured and paid separately.

All as per Srl item No. 1 above but 50 Ltr electric water heater.

Cleaning entire body of water heater 25 Ltr capacity with wire brush and removing old paint and making surface smooth for repainting with super enamelled paint over a one coat of red oxide steel primer as per existing colour code and removing unwanted paint from glass and rubber items and refixing its own location complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per Srl item No. 3 above but 50 Ltr electric water heater.

Brazing the inner cell of water heater 25 ltrs capacity removing of leakage inlcuidng replacing of glass wool and testing the same complete all as specified and as directed

All as per Srl item No.5 above but 50 Ltr electric water heater.

Maintenance of storage type electric water heater (geysers) 25 Ltrs installed at various Wards/Living accn of Comd Hosp complex and carried out the followings checks :- (a) Inspection of Geysers and opening, dismantling, brushing and cleaning of storage water tank, removing the all sludge, descaling the storage tank and examining of any leakage of water and tightening of nuts and bolts. (b) Checking and connecting earth continuity wire to electric water heater. (c) Cheking and adjusting of pressure release valve. (d) Checking and Maintenance of thermostate valve. (e) Visual examination of indication lamp/ fusible plug of geyser.

All as per Srl item No.7 above but 50 ltr capacity electric water heater.

Heating element of existing size and shape of capacity 1500 watt suitable for 25 Ltr electric water heater and making all Electrical connection as per site requirement including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: DASS PASS/RECOLD/ BAJAJ.

All as per Srl item No.9 above but of capacity 2000 Watt suitable for 50 ltr capacity electric water heater. MAKE: DASS PASS/RECOLD/ BAJAJ.

Thermostat 240 Volts AC temperature adjusted suitable 25/ 50 Ltr electric water heater and making electrical including taking down existing connection complete all as specified and as directed. MAKE: DASS PASS/RECOLD/ BAJAJ.

CP connection with CP brass adaptor 350mm long and making connection to out let and inlet of electric water heater of 25/50 Ltr capacity including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Indicator lamp assembly red and green in colour any shape and size suitable for 25/50 ltr electric water heater including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Inner shell ( inner tank) ISI marked made out of copper sheet 22 guage suitable for 25 Ltr electric water heater in existing shape and size including taking down existing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per Srl item No.14 above but 50 Ltr Electric water heater.

Replacement of unsv outer body MS Sheet cover as per existing size complete with top and bottom cover, inspection plate of 25 Ltr electric water heater duly painted with super enamelled paint two coat over a coat of red oxide steel primer complete all as specified and directed.

Glass wool superior quality in geysers any capacity i.e 25/50 Ltr electric water heater including taking out existing complete all as specified and directed.

Base assembly gasket in 25/50 ltr capacity electric water heater in any shape and size including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Sheet metal enclosure single pole and neutral enlosure with two pin and earth plug top and socket 20 Amp rating with and including one No MCB 20-32 Amp single pole including taking down existing complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down defective ceiling fans of sizes 1200/1400mm, exhaust fan of any size, pedestal fan and cabin fan of after disconnecting electric connection for re-winding, overhauling, painting and including testing re-fixing on existing location complete all as specified and as directed.

Strippping out of burnt winding and cleaning rotor slots and making surface smooth for re-winding of ceiling fan with super enamelled copper winding wire of appropriate guage as per existing guage with insulation material of ceiling fan any make and model with and including of greasing/ oiling, testing and including cleaning entire body with cloth and painting two coats with super enamelled paint existing colour complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair/replacement of old unsv 250 mm sweep exaust fan motor including copper rewinding complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.
