RequiredCopy of receipt of deposition of original EMD issued from division office of any Executive Engineer, CPWD (including NIT issuing EE).
RequiredGST registration certificate or undertaking for GST as per NIT condition no. 3 on page 6.
RequiredEnlistment Order of the Contractor of the Buildings and Roads (erstwhile Composite /Building/Infrastructure) Category in CPWD.
RequiredUndertaking Form for Specialized Work enclosed page 10 of NIT.
RequiredSelf attested copies of completion certificate/ Work experience i.e. SITC of LAN and CCTV System and Gas Based Fire Fighting System / Fire Suppression System.
RequiredCertificate of ESIC and EPFO registration or undertaking as per point no. 7 on page 7 of NIT.
RequiredERP training certificate from any CPWD Regional Training Institute (RTIs).
RequiredValid Electrical Contractor License or undertaking as per page no. 9 of NIT.
RequiredComplete address, E-mail and mobile no. of the firm/agency on the letter head of firm / agency (for making correspondence).
