Demolition and breaking up drain pipes of 100mm dia (salt glazed ware/AC/RCC) set in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but dia of pipe 150mm.

All as per item No. 1 here-in-before but dia of pipe 200mm.

Cleaning of existing septic tank of 500 users capacity by using Mechanical Pumping Machine to removing water, sludge, stones, solid particles etc complete from the septic tank at any location and at distance from road and removing the same from the campus and buried complete all as specified and as directed as below: (i) The sludge/burried soil etc taken out shall be stacked alongwith the septic tank, sump well etc. After 48 hours of the sludge taken out, measurement shall be taken as of the solid contents for the purpose of payment. The tenderer are advised to keep this aspect in mind while quotating the rates. After taking the measurements, the solid contents shall be disposed off outside the MD land/area. (ii) Necessary precautions as well as safety measures shall be taken by the contractor without any extra cost, for working in the foul conditions. (iii) The contractor shall be entirely responsible for the lapse, mishappening to any of the manpower deployed and/or to other equipment/machinary/material at the site of work during the execution.

M & L for cleaning of all blockage of sewerage of any type sewerage line, branch line, main sewer line etc of any section and that any situation by way of cleaning/ desludging by using mechanically or pumping out sewage from block manhole where required and directed by Engr-in-Charge and keeping the sewer line functional. Cleaning the trap, WC, soil waste, vent pipe, gully traps upto final drop outlet, inlet of septic tank, working in foul condition with taking precautionary measures, equipments and required power / cable Pertaining to TB-I OTM Accn and MD Accn, complaints of blockages and cleaning of sewage line are to be received daily from the complaint cell situated in the premises of office of the AGE B/R-II (C) Kirkee and entire complaints are to be attended for cleaning on the same day complete all as specified for the working condition as directed.( Note : (i) The payment towards the subject items shall only be made as per the total number of days, contractor had cleaned and cleared the blockages of sewage line. (ii) In case of urgent nature of complaints, contractor has to attend the complaints even on Sunday and holidays also.(iii)The contractor shall provide minimum 02 Nos safaiwala with adequate equipments for said work as above to AGE B/R II, GE (C) Kirkee from 08:30 hrs to 17:00 hrs (iv) Contractor shall maintain a register including details of day of cleaning of sewage line, duly sigend by Contractor and Engineer-in-Charge.)

Dismantling of precast interlocking tiles/ paver blocks of any description, thickness & size laid bedded and jointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed.
