Trimming of dangerious, over grown & overhanging trees by cutting all required number of branches of all sizes to give proper shape & balance to the trees including reducing the height of the tree, each trees trunk girth measured upto 1 meter above ground level, including dead & diseased / dying tree branches, at all heights & locations using Diesel boom lifter & teliscopic ladder , machineries like , Petrol saw machines & other equipments , etc as per requirement . The work shall be carried out by expierenced ,medically fit skiiled labours with all safety precautions and any damage to governmental property etc while working will be recovered from the contractor.Disposable branches shall cut into small length of one meter maximum be stacked properly away from the road, drain & footpath & including transportation of branches/plant waste at locations directed by EIC in Anushaktinagar.The cut point of the tree shall be immediatly painted with fungicide mixed in red oxide paste. The works have to be carried out under proper supervision and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : 1) The contractors are requested to visit the site to see the trees to assess the scope and quantity of work. The decision of Engineer-in-Charge shall be final.

Maintenance of diseased & pest affected trees , pest like stem borer/trunk borer, bark eating catterpiller & termite etc, remove & destruct pest & disese affected tree part & sterlize useing Hydrogen paraoxide @ 3 ml/lit. .In case of Insect infection- Padding withConfidor (Imidacloprid 17.80% SL) 1 ml/lit. & plug with mud. etc. In case of disease infection-Remove the disesed part and pasting on infected site with a Redomil ( Metaxyl + Mencozeb) fungicide @ 1 gm/ ml of water. All complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.

Painting of trees bottom trunk surface around the girth by white wash & Geru paint in 2 coats by adding fevicol, for 1 meter height (0.60 M height with geru & above 0.40 M height white wash) for trees trunk surface, with best quality of white wash & geru powder mixig with chlopyriphos @ 3 ml/lit & Copper sulphate @ 4 gm/lit, including the cost of labor, materials & tools etc. All complete as per directions of the Engineer-in-Charge.
