REPAIR/ REPLACEMENT OF LT SWITCH GEAR, LT PANELS AND ALLIED WORKS AT MIL STN DHANA.

Excavation in trenches in any type soil not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth (for cable, pole, stay etc) and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25 cm complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour for providing dry river sand as in sand in trenches, ducts, transformer yard etc for cable cushioning complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Depth after punning shall be measured and paid.

Supply and laying Supplying and laying reinforced precast concrete cable cover Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm, laid as cable protection cover incl taking down old unsv bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair MCCB 4 pole 50 KA 400 A suitable for Adjustable type setting complete including replacement of existing U/S switchgear complete after disconnecting the incoming and outgoing cables making necessary modification to fix MCCB as outgoing including connections from bus bars to MCCBs with suitable bus bars of aluminium section duly bend/drilled reconnecting the removed cable etc and making provision to operate the MCCB from outside the door and necessary repairs to the door etc complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No.6 above, but for MCCB 4 pole 36 KA 250 A suitable for Adjustable type TM Range setting complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair led lamp indicator RYB complete all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing burnt out UG cable termination of 3.5 core 185 Sqmm to 240 Sqmm cable, cutting and removing the burnt out portion and preparing the cable termination and connecting up the cable after crimping 4 Nos of suitable aluminium lugs etc, complete all as specified and directed.

Ditto all as per item No. 16 above, but for cable of 3.5 core 70 Sqmm to 150 Sqmm.

Ditto all as per item No. 16 above, but for cable of 3.5 core 35 Sqmm to 70 Sqmm.

Dismantling the existing unserviceable cable gland, M & L for fixing new cable gland brass chromium plated suitable for the following sizes of cables. 3.5 core 240/ 185 Sqmm

Supply and fix anti climbing device spikes type fabricated out of MS bars round / square and flat including nuts bolts washers and welding into two halves made to shape to suit to the cross section of the pole after removing the U/S, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, fabricating & fixing in repair, structural mild steel channel, angle, iron, flat iron and brackets etc for fabrications of cross arms, bracings, supports, D-clamps, stiffeners, eye hooks, bolts, pole clamps and back plates including nuts, bolts and washers, welding banding cold , or hot drilling holes for insulators bolts in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one red oxide primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs to the existing earthing complete by replacing the US G.I strip bolt, nut check nut and washer, earthing test point all as specified including testing on completion including making PCC chambers, RCC cover, GI funnel for watering, GI funnel, earth strip protection pipe, including 10 kgs of salt and watering, testing of earth result by megger and submitting the report. etc all as specified and as directed including writing and painting of earthing details. Note:- (i) Required excavation and all materials, demolition etc is inclusive, (ii). Required earth strip and protection pipe will be measured and paid separately

Supply & Fix in repair GI strip 32 x 6 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground or drawn through pipes or fixed to wall or poles or any other situation for loop earthing after removing the U/S etc as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair GI strip 25 x 4 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground or drawn through pipes or fixed to wall or poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc after removing the U/S as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair GI strip 25 x 3 mm as earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead buried in ground or drawn through pipes or fixed to wall or poles or any other situation for loop earthing etc after removing the U/S as required, complete all as specified and directed.

Danger notice plate of 1.6mm thick mild steel sheet vitreous enameled white with letters figures and conventional skull and in bones in signal red colour and fixed with MS clamps bolts and nuts of approved size for HT 25X20cm size, complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting existing road / foot path bituminous macadam and PCC on foot path for laying protection pipe for cable and making good the disturbed surfaces of road/ foot path to match with the existing surface all as required, specified, and directed at site by Enge-in-charge. Note:- PCC wil be measured and paid seperately.

Material & Labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 (Using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) for making good the disturbed hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and spread stone aggregate 45mm size for transformer yard/ HT 2 pole/4 pole structure after preparing the surrounding by brick work and removing the vegetation and making brick work and necessary surface excavation and spreading of layer of sand complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Earth work and brick work will be included in quoted rate. (ii) sand will be measured and paid separately

Material & Labour in repairs for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth strip of 25x4mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SSR Part I connected to earth test point using earth strip of 25x4mm as earth lead all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 40 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc complete. Note :- Rate quoted by renderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions;-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 M.[ii]. PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii]. Main earthing lead from earth electrode to test point upto 7.5 mtr.[iv]. Funnel with watering pipe [GI pipe] 20mm bore [ISI marked] medium grade & copper lugs, charcoal & salt as reqd.[v]. GI protection pipe of size 40 mm bore light grade 7.5m.

Servicing of drop out fuse by replacing the unserviceable male and female contacts, connectors, replacing unserviceable nuts, bolts, washers, greasing, align properly insitu complete all as specified and directed. Note:- spares will be measured and paid separately

Supply & Fix top contact for DO fuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix bottom contact for DO fuse complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix contact/fix contact jaw for GOS complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix Lightning arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, transmission class, discharge capacity 65 kilo amp after removing the existing unserviceable including making necessary electrical connections, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fix in repair, GI pipe, 40mm bore, light grade, laid below road/fixed along the poles / walls with necessary clamping, etc complete all as per specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, 10 Sqmm, 2 core, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing complete including taking down old unserviceable cable, complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying & laying, XLPE insulated PVC inner sheathed, 50 Sqmm, 3.5 core, armoured with galvanised steel strip or wire heavy duty underground cable with aluminium multi stranded conductor, 1100 volt grade, laid in trenches/duct, passing through pipe/duct or fixed on pole and connecting and testing, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of LT switch gear Panel Made out of CRCA sheet 3.15mm thick sheet steel ,outdoor type, factory made by CPRI approved manufacturer, totally enclosed, dust and vermin proof (protection Class IP 54), (front opening) with locking arrangement, double door duly compartmentalized with extended canopy at the top, the panel shall duly powder coated with colour shade RAL 7035 siemens grey Pure Polyester adopting 8 tank pretreatment of fabricated job before powder coating, the panel shall consist of one slot for incommer switchgear and four slot for out going, main aluminum bus bar shall be of 400A TPN ,all inter connections to outgoing feeders shall be made with TPN aluminum bus bar of rating not less than the current carrying capacity of the respective feeder, all bus bars shall be covered with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve, the complete panel shall be mounted on ISMC of 75x40mm duly painted with black paint. Digital Ammeter (0-400) with ASS-1No,Current transformer of rating 400/5A3No,Digital Voltmeter with VSS(0-500)V-1No,RYB LED set-1 including suitable lugs / thimble, angle iron legs welded on all four corners and embedded in PCC (1:2:4) type C-2, using 20mm graded aggregate upto a depth of 20 cm below surface level complete including dismantling and removing exisitng un-serviceable starters complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material & Labour for preparation of old painted for chain link/ Barbed wire fencing/gate/angle iron/PCC post of substation (outer exposed surface) painting starts from above ground level including MS channel / angle iron and GI bracket/clamps with bolts, nuts and applying two coat of aluminium paint / snowcem including repair and replacement of fencing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing the unserviceable bus connections, jumpers etc from the structure supply and fix bus bars/jumpers by 8mm thick bare aluminium conductor duly sleeve colour coding with Red/yellow/Blue and fixing for making rigid connections for HT 11 KV distribution with necessary nuts bolts clamps complete all as directed and as specified

Trimming / cutting of vegetation all around the main power house and sub station and disposing of the same to a distance not exceeding 50 mtrs and depositing where directed by Engr-in Charge.

Material & Labour for repair of unsv openable doors of existing LT panel by welding, replacing the locking arrangement complete all as specified and as directed.
