charges for dismantling constituent parts like valve body, bonnet , Yoke stem, Bush, gland etc., metal filling in worn out portion of the seating area of valve body and disc as per required dimension for prematching the disc and assembling the valve

charges for cutting the SS locking block to the size of 125 x 65 x 45 mm machining and welding the locking block with stem and inserting disc

Complete rewinding of 8.55 KW 10HP sewage sump motor (Kirloskar) and reconditioning of damaged stator stampings by dismantling, releasing of defective coils cleaning of stator stampings bracing and reconditioning of stator stampings, rewinding and positioning of coils in stator after providing necessary insulation & interconnection of coils and applying varnish and drying out.

Labour charges for replacement of DE & NDE Bearings of 5.5 KW Kirloskar motor

Charges for reconditioning Rotor fan for Oxidation channel chamber I & II of shaft by welding the worn out bearing seating area on both side of the shaft, welding the damaged locknut, seating threaded area, machining bearing seating area to suit the bearing, machining the threads on lock nut area, welding the worn out portion of keyways and machining the keyways as per requirement, checking trueness of shaft etc. including hire charges for machinery T & P and consumables

Complete renewal of control panel boxes electrical / spares and wiring, works involves dismantling of all electrical control land wiring, fixing of all control switches and wiring, including consumables and T&P's. (The electrical spares supplied by TNPGCL).
