Taking down cement plaster on brick /stone masonry / concrete surfaces of wall / ceiling incl raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and deposited the debris outside the MD land complete all as specified.

M&L for 10mm thick plaster in CM (1:6) on fair faces of concrete/PCC block surfaces of walls finished even and smooth (without using extra cement) etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM 1:4 with WPC on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces at any height with neccesary scafoldings, finished even smooth without using extra cement etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered internal wall surface and applying two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of primer over the coat of 3mm thick wall care putty etc complete all as specified and as directed

M&L for preparation on newly plastered external wall surface and applying two coat of weather proof (exterior grade) acrylic emulsion paint with anti fungal property over a coat of primer of the same manufacturer as that of paint complete all as specified and as directed. (Make: Dulux Weather Shield Max or Apex Ultima from Asian Paints or Berger weather coat All guard or equivalent).

M&L for 24 mm thick WPC (Wood-Plastic Composite) louvers and PVC UV Marble Sheet combination Wall Panelling as in interiors fixed over box structure using suitable wooden scantling/frames and suitable plywood for fixing of wall panels and as per the manufacturer's instructions as in rooms, staircase portion etc complete all as specified and directed. Make : Accura polytech Pvt Ltd/ Sintex PVC section/ M/s Armstrong/ Bison panel or equivalent approved. Note: Design and Pattern will be finilized by the Engr In charge.

M&L point wiring with complete with 1100 volts grade, 1.5 sqmm (nominal area), single core, FRLS PVC insulated, unsheathed, multi stranded copper conductor cable drawn through and including medium grade, rigid, non-metallic PVC concealed/surface conduit of size not less than 20mm dia, with all necessary fittings, concealed in walls/ roof/ floor duly earthed with one run of single core cable fo same size but green in colour as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth duly including suitable size of factory made fabricated MS sheet modular terminal box, flush mounting in the wall for mounting switches/ switch socket combinations/ fan regulators etc. covered with suitable size of modular cover plates complete in making good the existing surface with existing colour coding as required at site complete all as specified for the following:-

Description same as per item Sl No 07 above but for One light/fan point controlled by one modular switch 6 Amps one way complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for switch modular type, 6 Amps 1 module, 230 volts AC circuit complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repacement of LED strip light, 60 LED per meter, 24 watts with diiver, 5 meter length, of any colour (WW/NW/CDL), including all fixing arrangement as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed. The cradle is provided for monitoring purpose all as directed. Make : Philips Model : Skycove or equivalent to CG/Havells.

S&F earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit / pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required copper strip 32 x 6 mm all as directed and specified.

M&L for chemical earthing complete with copper earth plate electrode 90cm x 60xm x 5mm thick burried in ground vertically to a depth not less than 5 mtr below ground level with top edge of plate at a depth not less than 4.25 mtrs below nominal ground level with a bottom layer MG SO4 of 10cm thick, earth plate surrounded with graphite powder, vegetable soil mixutre, charcol and common salt in equal proportion around and 15cm above the plate and 10cm thick MG SO4 as top layer and the remaining portion filled with excavated earth and connected with copper strip 32mm x 6mm duly brazed up to 7.5mtrs length and connected to earthing test point, GI pipe light grade 40 mm bore for watering with funnel and wire mesh all as shown in elect plae No. 3 of MES sch Pt I and as specified and testing on completion including provn of earth pit with necessaary earth work, PCC (1:2:4) type B1 Chamber, cast iron frame with hinged pit cover of size 12" x 12" having 7 kg weight complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) All the joint copper strips shall be of brasing only. (ii) Test result of earthing to be submitted by contractor for all earthing. (iii) Earth resistance value should be less than 1 OHM for each earthing.
