Construction fabrication of CGI shed at WSS Parnote stage-0

Construction/Fabrication of CGI Shed of approximate size L-12ft x B-12ft x Ht-08ft for housing of 2 Nos HC Pumping units at WSS Parnote stage-0. Job involves excavation / leveling of ground together with digging of pits of suitable size/depth on four corners with the help of JCB/ manual labour. Laying of foundation block in M15 grade on all four corner with embedment of angle iron of suitable dimension and thickness in vertical position with suitable anchoring at bottom. Thereafter providing and positioning of angle iron around the entire perimeter to form a suitable and robust angle iron framework. Cladding/fixing of CGI sheet of suitable size and gauge conforming to the relevant ISO/ISI standards on the fabricated angle iron framework using hooks fasteners, washers, rivets etc. to form side walls and roofs along with proper cut-outs for suction and delivery pipes/valves. Job also includes providing and fitting of MS sheet door of approximate size of 6’x3.5’ provided with frame, hinges, locks and other allied accessories. Job includes laying of CC floor of size 12ftx12ft and 50mm thickness in M10 grade along with earth work inside the newly fabricated CGI shed (except for the area covered by already installed machinery). Fabricated / constructed structure should be robust enough to with stand the harsh weather conditions like strong winds, heavy rainfall/snowfalls so as to provide the safety to the installed machinery in all weather conditions. Complete job includes cost of material, unskilled and skilled labour charges, material handling charges, welding and other mechanical works, hire charges of tools and tackles, transportation charges etc.
