Taking down cement or cement lime plaster of any description on bricks wall etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure upto 4 storey height. All dismantled mtrl shall be removed from MoD land

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM1:4) for external wall surface mixed with WPC as per manufacturer instructions finished even & fair as a whole or in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM1:6) for internal wall surface as per manufaccturer instructions finished even & fair as a whole or in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering in cement mortar (CM1:4) for ceiling surface as per manufaccturer instructions finished even & fair as a whole or in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L demolition of old existing loose/unsound weaken mixture of binding material such as cement and fine aggregate(<4.5mm retained on IS sieve) of any description and in ay position from exisiting internal surface of RC components or any surface having average profundity of 15mm by hand tool that has a long metal blade with a sharp edge at end chisel and hammer or user robust pneumatic chisel/hand tools and removal from MoD land including M&L for applying one coat of mixture of two monomer unsatured liquid hydrocarbon and geseous hydrocarbon and polymesrized them to get the high polymer dispersion emulsion can be succesfully bond to cement mortar , which improved adhesion to concrete, offers the better durability, reduces the shrinkage and increase the flexiblity and resitant to emulsification oil damp condition modified. Ensuring no porosity in new/old surface on dilapidated girders or reinforcement encased in concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying hydraulic binders, osmotic and complexing admixture passivation additives passivating protective matrix and welded MS wire cloth weigh not less than 1Kg/Sqm with 20mm thick one component chloride free shear thining fibre reinforced polymer modified, additives reduce or eleminate internal rust and corrosion by neutralizing acids and forming a chemical protective barrier to repel moisture from metal surface corrosion inhibiting additive, primer MUCIS for exposed corroded visible steel forming a continous film not less than 250 micron of single component conforming to EN 1504-7-2006 and preparing the surface to receive the bled of epoxy and sand including providing necessary propotions complete all as spfd and directed by Engr in charge. M & L for preparation old decorated plastered and unplastered surfaces of ceiling and cornices, spoiled by smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots by scraping and washing with water and applying one coat of white/colour wash complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note:-work can carried out upto fourth storey/hanger

M & L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old decorated surfaces of walls all as specified and filling cracks/hole by applying walls and ceiling putty (multipurpose mixer will be used for uniform and proper mixing of putty) and applying one coat of distemper oil emulsion white or coloured by auto roller complete incl removal of nails etc and grinding where necessary all as specified & directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. All splashes marks during working shall be cleaned on floor, wall or any furniture present at site.

M&L for preparation of plastered or unplastered old/new surfaces of walls with primer and appling two coat of internal premium acrylic emulsion paint over a coat of 1mm thick wall care putty on wall/ceiling with matte/satin/silk finish, washable, low VOCs all as spfd by manufactures and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- Quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for work in buildings/structure of any height. All splashes marks during working shall be cleaned on floor, wall or any furniture present at site.
