Material and Labour for preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags/air compressor to remove all loose dirt etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for applying evenly a priming/tack coat with paving bituminous primer using paving bitumen VG-10 @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm on unsurfaced water bound macadam and laying bituminous premix Asphaltic Semi Dense Concrete, 30 mm consolidated thickness with 5.50% binder(Paving Bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix, laying spreading uniformly by means of mechanical paver, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8-12 tonne power roller, complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (a) Mix design/ Job mix formula of bituminous SDAC shall be got done from approved lab. (b) Mix design of bituminous SDAC will be got done from approved lab. (c) The premix carpet shall be laid with mechanical paver.

Material and Labour for repair to pot holes of depth, not exceeding 30mm area not exceeding 1.0 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 30mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm (VG-30), putting in premixed bituminous macadam well rammed and sealed with binder @ 9.8Kg per 10 Sqm (VG-30), binded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface (including supply of premix macadam binder and chipping to uniform surface) , complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Material for premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.

Material and labour for preparation of bituminous surfaces of roads and marking 2.5 mm thick centre lines, stop lines dashes, arrows etc and the like not exceeding 10cm wide on roads pavements, with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement for cat eye reflective type metal body alloy of size 100mm x 100mm x 20mm with PAMA striplens reflector of model No DA 972.0 or equivalent make as per Make of Appx fixed with & including MS stud of suitable size as per manufacturer instructions, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for Premix bituminous, macadam paving bitumen any penetration laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) , complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete. Including demolition of existing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for preparation of old surfaces and applying one coat of Synthetic enamel paint on kerb stone of any description over 10 cm girth or width, not otherwise described, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for brick work with fly ash bricks, straight or curved on plan exc. 6 M mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 including demolition of existing, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base for paver block paving to raise level including necessary form work complete including demolition of existing, complete all as specified and as directed.
